تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation في الرياض إلى توظيف أخصائي سلامة وصحة مهنية (HSE Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريقها. سيعمل المرشح تحت إشراف مدير HSSE للمشروع، ويهدف دوره الأساسي إلى تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة تتوافق مع سياسات الشركة والعميل، والتنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمقاولين لمعالجة أي نقاط ضعف قد تشكل خطراً على العاملين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع وتحليل بيانات المقاولين وتقديمها للمراجعة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد التقارير والإحصائيات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية نيابة عن العميل.
- القيادة بالقدوة من خلال إظهار السلوك الآمن وتمثيل المنظمة في موقع المشروع في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية.
- ضمان إعداد ومراجعة واعتماد وتنفيذ التسليمات الرئيسية للمقاولين حسب الأصول.
- متابعة مدراء HSE لدى المقاولين لإغلاق الإجراءات المعلقة الخاصة بـ SOR والأحداث غير الطبيعية والتدقيق وعمليات التفتيش على الامتثال.
- إجراء تقييمات شهرية للمكاتب (تفتيش المكتب وتقييم مخاطر المكتب).
- تنظيم وحضور اجتماعات المقاولين المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية، وتقديم العروض، وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات.
- ترتيب وتقديم التوجيه التعريفي للسلامة للموظفين الجدد والزوار.
- تقديم أو دعم التدريب التوعوي في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية لموظفي Parsons والمقاولين والعميل حسب الحاجة.
- دعم التحقيقات في الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة معلومات الحالات الإسعافية الأولية والحوادث الوشيكة والإصابات والأضرار والخسائر، ومراجعة أداء السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- التواصل مع ممثلي العميل في جميع مسائل السلامة والصحة المهنية بطريقة مهنية ومسؤولة.
- المرونة في جداول العمل لضمان تغطية مناسبة للسلامة خلال المناوبات وأيام عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور مماثل.
- خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية (ضرورية).
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC.
- عضوية مهنية في أي من IOSH أو IIRSM.
- القدرة على كتابة التقارير وجمع البيانات.
- مبادرة ذاتية والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة (إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية).
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- الحماس والرغبة في التعلم.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).

What You'll Be Doing
- Be able to collate, analyze and submit for review, Contractor data in a timely and accurate manner
- Generating the required daily, weekly and Monthly Reports / Statistics on behalf of client
- To always lead by example by demonstrating safe personal behavior and represent the organization on the project site for and HSE related matters
- Ensuring that Contractor key deliverables are prepared, reviewed, approved and implemented as necessary.
- Follow up with Contractors HSE Managers for pending closeout actions of SOR, Abnormal Events, Audits & Compliance inspections
- Conduct Monthly office assessments (office inspection & Office Risk assessment)
- Conduct HSE Assurance activities, including, but not limited to:
- Organize, attend HSE Contractors meetings, presentation and prepare minutes of the meeting
- Arrange and deliver HSE orientation for new employees and visitors
- Conduct or support HSE awareness training for Parsons, Contractor and Client as required
- Support incident investigations as required
- Review information on first aid cases, near misses, injuries, damages and losses and review overall HSE performance during project execution
- Liaise with client representatives as required on all HSE matters in a professional and responsible manner
- Be flexible in working schedules to ensure adequate HSE cover during shift and weekend working
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 2 in a similar role
- Experience in KSA essential
- NEBOSH IGC
- Professional Membership (IOSH, IIRSM)
- Report writing and data gathering
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Good Communication Skills (Strong Command of English)
- Attention to Detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office Tools, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
