تفاصيل الوظيفة
صيدلي داخلي مطلوب لدى فقيه للرعاية الصحية في منطقة الرياض. يتولى صرف الأدوية الموصوفة من قبل الأطباء المختصين مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة لضمان تجربة سلسة للمرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتفسير وتوضيح أوامر الأدوية المقدمة من الأطباء، والتحقق من جميع الجرعات والمدة، وفحص التفاعلات الدوائية المحتملة والمؤشرات السريرية، والتواصل مع الطبيب الموصي في حال وجود أي غموض أو استفسار.
- الإشراف على تحضير الأدوية المؤكدة، وإجراء التدقيق المزدوج ومراجعة الملصقات الصحيحة للأدوية المحضرة، ثم صرفها.
- حساب كمية المنتج الدوائي المراد صرفه بناءً على وزن المريض وعمره.
- تتبع جميع المرضى الذين لديهم أمر خروج على اللوحة البيضاء، وتحضير الأدوية الخاصة بالمنزل واسترداد أو ترتيب إرجاع الأدوية المصروفة وغير المعطاة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات سلامة الدواء عند صرف الأدوية.
- المحافظة على مراقبة المخزون وأمن جميع الأدوية، مع حفظ وتسجيل آمن للمخدرات والأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة.
- تحديد الأدوية قريبة الانتهاء والتعامل معها وفق سياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية، وعدم صرف أي دواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته.
- المشاركة في برنامج تحضير العلاج الكيميائي (التحقق من الأمر، فحص البروتوكول، إلخ) إذا كان ذلك معمولاً به.
- المشاركة في برنامج تحضير الخلطات الوريدية، بما في ذلك تحضير وخلط التغذية الوريدية الكاملة (TPN).
- إكمال تحصيل رسوم المرضى عن الأدوية المصروفة بشكل صحيح.
- إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة في مكان العمل، بالإضافة إلى تدابير الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة للتعرض العرضي.
- إظهار المعرفة والمهارات في استخدام قائمة الأدوية المعتمدة (Formulary)، وتحديد البدائل العامة والدواء المطلوب.
- ممارسة والامتثال الكامل لمعايير مكافحة العدوى والوقاية الحالية عند التعامل مع الأدوية وتحضير المحاليل الوريدية وتركيبات التغذية الوريدية.
- المساهمة في تدريب وتعريف الصيادلة الجدد والطلاب والمتدربين.
- الإبلاغ إلى المشرف/المدير على الصيدلية وتسجيل أي خطأ دوائي أو تفاعل دوائي ضار (ADR) في نظام الإبلاغ (OVR).
- حضور برامج التعليم المستمر للحفاظ على الخبرة في الصيدلة والترخيص المطلوب.
- ضمان التسجيل في برنامج التعليم المستمر بخصوص ممارسات إدارة الأدوية، الأدوية عالية الخطورة، الأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية إذا كان ذلك معمولاً به.
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم فقيه للرعاية الصحية التي تركز على الشخص، مع المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والالتزام بالسرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في صيدلية مستشفى.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة مع برامج Microsoft Word و Excel.
- السعي النشط لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال التدريب والخبرات المناسبة.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy.
Language
Good command of oral and written English.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA).
Job Purpose:
Dispenses medications ordered by privileged physicians while observing at all times highest standards of safety and quality and ensuring prompt seamless process that is conducive to highest patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Reviews, interprets, clarifies doctor’s medications orders and verifies all orders doses, duration, and checks for potential drug-to-drug interaction and clinical indication. Communicates with ordering doctor in case of any ambiguity or concern.
- Oversees the preparation of the verified medications, performs double-checking and review of proper labeling for the prepared medications and then dispenses.
- Calculates the amount of the drug product to dispense for a prescription based upon body weight and patient age.
- Responsible for tracking on the whiteboard all patients that have discharge order and immediately preparing take home medications and refunding / arranging for return of dispensed and non-administered medication.
- Follows all medication safety procedures when dispensing medications.
- Maintains inventory control & security of all drugs, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications.
- Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications according to Fakeeh Care policies and NEVER dispenses a medication beyond its expiry date.
- Participates in chemotherapy preparations program(order verification ,protocol checking ,…etc.) if applicable.
- Participates in the intravenous admixture preparations program, mixing and checking including total parenteral nutrition.
- Properly completes charging of patients for dispensed medications.
- Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
- Demonstrates knowledge & skills in utilizing formulary, identifications of generic substitution and indication.
- Practices and fully complies with current infection prevention and control standards when handling medications and preparing IV and TPN formulas.
- Contributes to training and induction orientation for newly hired pharmacists and students and trainees.
- Reports to pharmacy supervisor/ manager and enters on OVR any encountered medication error or ADR.
- Attends continuing education programs to maintain expertise in Pharmacy and required licensure.
- Ensures Enrollment in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Competent computer skills with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Actively strive to upgrade professional skills through engaging in appropriate professional training and experience.
