تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة فني تخدير في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- مساعدة مقدم رعاية التخدير في تجهيز وإعداد واستخدام المعدات واللوازم والأدوية أثناء إجراء التخدير أو التخدير الإجرائي، تحت إشراف مقدم رعاية التخدير المرخص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات التخدير للمرضى تحت الإشراف المباشر لمقدم رعاية التخدير المرخص.
- تنظيف وتعقيم وتنظيم وتخزين وصيانة معدات ولوازم وأدوية التخدير وفق الاحتياجات والجداول الزمنية.
- إدارة أدوية ولوازم ومعدات التخدير وفق الاحتياجات والجداول الزمنية.
- تجهيز وصيانة أجهزة مراقبة المرضى وأنظمة توصيل التخدير قبل وأثناء وبعد التخدير، مع مراعاة الاحتياجات الخاصة بالعمر.
- التحضير للتخدير فوق الجافية والنخاعي والعجزي، وإدخال القسطرة المركزية وقسطرة الغسيل الكلوي، والتخدير الموجه بالموجات فوق الصوتية للأعصاب والوصول الوعائي.
- إجراء استكشاف الأعطال الأساسي لأجهزة المراقبة والمعدات، والإبلاغ عن المعدات التالفة والأعطال بشكل مناسب.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات وإرشادات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة ومكافحة العدوى المعمول بها في القسم.
- تحضير وإعطاء ومراقبة الأدوية والسوائل الوريدية تحت الإشراف المباشر لمقدم رعاية التخدير المرخص.
- إدارة نظام صرف الأدوية (Pyxis أو أي نظام آخر) في غرفة العمليات، وضمان صرف أدوية التخدير بدقة والحفاظ على المخزون.
- المساعدة في إدارة مجرى الهواء وتحديد وضعية المريض المناسبة أثناء الجراحة.
- إذا كان مسؤولاً عن مراقبة العلامات الفسيولوجية للمريض والمساعدة في الإجراءات الداعمة أو الإنعاشية، فيجب أن يكون كفؤاً في: متطلبات المراقبة، التعامل مع المضاعفات، استخدام مضادات التسمم، معايير التعافي.
- تعزيز علاقات العمل الفعالة مع طاقم قسم التخدير، والتعاون مع فريق التمريض وفنيي الجراحة وفنيي الخدمة وفنيي المعدات.
- مراقبة الإبلاغ عن مشكلات السلامة في منطقة العمل المباشرة.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية إذا كان ذلك مناسباً.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، الحفاظ على السرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مركز رعاية ثالثية (Tertiary Care Center).
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض مع دبلوم فني تخدير من مؤسسة معتمدة، أو بكالوريوس تمريض مع تدريب منظم في المساعدة على التخدير.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- تصريح مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية المعنية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية - SCFHS / هيئة الصحة بدبي - DHA)، وشهادات BLS و ACLS و PALS.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي.

Education: BSN-Diploma graduate with anesthesia technician qualification from institution or, Bachelor nursing with structured training in anesthesia assistance
Language: Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic preferred
Licenses / Certifications: License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and PALS
Job Purpose:
To assist the anesthesia care provider with acquiring, preparing and use of equipment, supplies, and medications during the administration of anesthesia or procedural sedation. Functions under supervision of the licensed anesthesia care provider.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Anesthesia Services: Provides anesthesia services to patients, under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleans, disinfects, organizes, stocks and maintains anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications according to needs and schedules.
- Supply Management: Maintains anesthesia medications, supplies and equipment according to needs and schedules.
- Patient Monitoring and Preparation: Prepares and maintains patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems pre, intra, and post-anesthesia, considering age-specific needs of patients.
- Procedural Preparation: Prepares for epidural, spinal, and caudal anesthesia, central line and dialysis catheter insertions, and ultrasound-guided nerve block and vascular access.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Performs basic troubleshooting for monitors and equipment; report defective equipment and malfunctions appropriately.
- Policy Compliance: Maintains established departmental policies, procedures, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Medication Administration: Prepares, administers and monitors medications and I.V. fluids under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider.
- Medication Dispensing System Management: Manages the Pyxis or any other dispensing system machine in the operating theatre, ensuring accurate dispensing of anesthesia medications and maintaining inventory.
- Patient Positioning and Airway Management: Assists in airway management and appropriate positioning of patients intraoperatively.
- Patient Monitoring Competency: If responsible for monitoring the patient’s physiological parameters and assistance in supportive or resuscitative measures, must be competent in at least: Monitoring requirements, Response to complications, Use of reversal agents, Recovery criteria.
- Team Collaboration: Promotes effective working relationships with anesthesia department staff, collaborating with RN team, surgical technicians, service technicians, and equipment technicians.
- Safety Reporting: Monitors and reports safety issues in the immediate work area.
- Patient and Family Education: Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
