تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن حاجتها لتعيين طبيب استشاري أول في طب الطوارئ للعمل في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
أداء أنشطة تشخيص وعلاج المرضى في منشآت فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الرعاية للمرضى وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة ووفق معايير الرعاية وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة وفق إجراءات وسياسات التوثيق المعتمدة.
- تقديم التوعية والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى، وذلك بالتعاون مع الطبيب المعالج للمرضى المنومين.
- إجراء أو المساعدة في إجراء الإجراءات الطبية/الجراحية ضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- تقديم التقارير الطبية المطلوبة للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفق النموذج المعتمد.
- حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية والمساهمة في تعليم وتدريب الأطباء الأصغر سنًا.
- فهم سياسات وإجراءات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذها.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني والمشاركة في التوعية والمبادرات التدريبية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية.
- إتمام التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التخصص في مستشفيات أو مراكز صحية معترف بها.
- شهادة تخصص سعودي أو ما يعادلها في العلوم الصحية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA)، وشهادة BLS وشهادة متقدمة إن وجدت.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم ومع الأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بفعالية لمجموعات عامة وإدارة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.

Description
Job Purpose:
Performs activities for the diagnosis and treatment of patients receiving care in Fakeeh Care facilities.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills And Abilities
0 - 3 years of experience within the field of specialty in recognized hospitals or health centers.
Education
Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in health sciences from an accredited institution.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and preferably Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
Job Purpose:
Performs activities for the diagnosis and treatment of patients receiving care in Fakeeh Care facilities.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
- Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
- Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
- Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
- Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
- Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
- Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
- Must be able to effectively present information to public groups and Fakeeh Care management.
- Should possess good organization skills and able to work in high stress situations.
