تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة طبيب تخدير - أخصائي أول في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان التخدير الآمن والتسكين، وتقديم إدارة فعالة للألم، ودعم الرعاية المحيطة بالجراحة للمرضى الخاضعين للإجراءات الطبية والجراحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة التخدير باستخدام تقنيات متنوعة (مثل التخدير العام، الموضعي، الناحي، أو إحصار الأعصاب الموجه بالموجات فوق الصوتية) بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المرضى ووفقاً للامتيازات السريرية الممنوحة.
- إجراء تقييمات ما قبل التخدير وما قبل الإدخال للمرضى المقرر تخديرهم، ومراقبة المرضى قبل الإجراءات وأثنائها وبعدها لإدارة الألم والحفاظ على علامات حيوية مستقرة.
- الاستجابة للمضاعفات أو التفاعلات العكسية المرتبطة بالتخدير والتعامل معها.
- الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لإجراءات التخدير، بما في ذلك أنواع الأدوية والجرعات واستجابات المرضى.
- تقييم مخاطر المرضى من خلال مراجعة التاريخ الطبي والفحص وطلب الفحوصات التشخيصية عند الضرورة.
- التعاون مع الجراحين والأطباء وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لتحديد خطط التخدير المثلى.
- توفير إدارة مجرى الهواء والدعم الحيوي أثناء التخدير والتسكين.
- الإشراف على التعافي بعد التخدير وتحديد مدى استعداد المريض للخروج من وحدة العناية بعد التخدير (PACU).
- توجيه والإشراف على الأطباء المقيمين والفنيين والممرضين وطاقم الدعم في المهام المتعلقة بالتخدير.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الرعاية بعد الإجراء والمضاعفات المحتملة واستراتيجيات الوقاية.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية والجولات القسمية والمبادرات التثقيفية عند الطلب.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات القسم والمساهمة في الأنشطة العلمية والتعليمية.
- ضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والجودة وفقاً لمعايير المنظمة.
- الكفاءة في المراقبة المتقدمة، وتقنيات التسكين، وعلم الأدوية، والاستجابة للحالات الطارئة، وإدارة المضاعفات، وبروتوكولات التعافي.
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهاء الصلاحية بشهر على الأقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بفعالية للجمهور العام والإدارة العليا في فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تتجاوز 5 سنوات بعد الحصول على الشهادة المهنية العليا المطلوبة وفقاً لما تعترف به هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة مع إكمال تدريب منظم متقدم في التخدير يؤدي إلى شهادة مهنية عليا معترف بها من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً؛ يُفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- رخصة مزاولة سارية من هيئة تنظيم صحي إقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي الأساسي (BLS) سارية المفعول، وتراخيص متقدمة إن وجدت.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery with completion of advanced structured training in Anesthesia leading to a higher professional certification as recognized by the regional health regulatory authority.
Language
Excellent oral and written English skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
Valid practice license from a regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and advanced licenses, if applicable.
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe administration of anesthesia and sedation, provide effective pain management, and support the perioperative care of patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Administers anesthesia using various techniques (e.g., general anesthesia, local, neuraxial, or ultrasound guided nerve blocks) tailored to patient needs and as per assigned clinical privileges.
- Performs Pre-anesthesia and pre-induction assessments for patients planned for anesthesia. Monitors patients before, during, and after procedures to manage pain and maintain stable vital signs.
- Responds to and manage adverse reactions or complications related to anesthesia.
- Maintains accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, including medication types, dosages, and patient responses.
- Assess patient risk by reviewing medical histories, conducting examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests when necessary.
- Collaborates with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to determine optimal anesthesia plans.
- Provides airway management and life support during anesthesia and sedation.
- Supervises recovery post-anesthesia and determines readiness for patient discharge from PACU.
- Guides and oversees residents, technicians, nurses, and support staff in anesthesia-related tasks.
- Oversees the duties of residents, technicians, nurses and other healthcare support staff.
- Educates patients and families about post-procedure care, potential complications, and preventive health strategies.
- Participates in teaching activities, departmental rounds, and educational initiatives as requested.
- Participates in departmental meetings and contribute to scientific and educational activities.
- Ensures adherence to safety and quality protocols in line with organizational standards.
- Be competent in advanced monitoring, sedation techniques, pharmacology, response to emergencies, managing complications and recovery protocols.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with Cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent Cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physician and non-medical staff. - Must be able to effectively present information to public group and Fakeeh Care top management.
- Should possess good organization skills and be able to work under stressful situations.
- Good computer skills.
