نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن إدارة المخزون والمشتريات من المعدات واللوازم الطبية الحيوية اللازمة للمرافق الصحية. يتطلب هذا الدور تنظيمًا دقيقًا والاهتمام بالتفاصيل وفهم إدارة مستودعات المعدات واللوازم الطبية الحيوية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمخزون ومراقبته للمعدات واللوازم والمواد الطبية الحيوية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعدات واللوازم والمواد الطبية الحيوية في المخزون، وضمان سلامة البيانات.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون بانتظام وإعادة طلب اللوازم حسب الحاجة لضمان مستويات مخزون كافية وتجنب النقص.
- تنفيذ وتطبيق إجراءات مراقبة المخزون لتقليل الهدر وخفض التكاليف وتحسين إدارة المخزون.
- إجراء مراجعات دورية للمخزون للتوفيق بين المخزون الفعلي والسجلات الإلكترونية وتقديم التقارير.
- أداء مهام النسخ الاحتياطي للملفات لضمان التخزين والأرشفة المناسبة لسجلات المخزون الإلكترونية.
- استلام وتوزيع وتسجيل جميع الملحقات وقطع الغيار والمواد الطبية الحيوية الواردة والصادرة بدقة.
- ضمان نظام ترقيم تسلسلي لجميع المراسلات الصادرة المتعلقة بإدارة المخزون.
- ضمان وصول جميع المراسلات إلى القسم المناسب وتسجيلها بشكل صحيح لأغراض التتبع.
- صيانة وتحديث المستندات ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.
- متابعة المستندات المعلقة وضمان تبادل السجلات الأصلية في الوقت المناسب حسب المطلوب.
- الاتصال بالموردين والشركات لطلب عروض الأسعار، وضمان تلبية احتياجات المشتريات بأسعار تنافسية.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة في العمل.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في مبادرات التوعية والتدريب لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المخزون أو مراقبة المخزون، ويفضل في بيئة الرعاية الصحية أو المعدات الطبية الحيوية.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الطب الحيوي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل العربية).

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing the inventory and procurement of biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for healthcare facilities. This role requires meticulous organization, attention to detail, and an understanding of biomedical equipment and supplies warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Experience: 2 years of experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably in a healthcare or biomedical equipment environment.
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical or a related field.
Language: Fluency in English and prefer Arabic

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Manages day-to-day administration of stock and inventory control for biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Maintains accurate records of all biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials in stock, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitors inventory levels regularly and re-orders supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Implements and enforces inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize stock management.
- Conducts regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with electronic records and reports.
- Performs file backup tasks to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic inventory registers.
- Receives, circulates, and accurately records all incoming and outgoing accessories, spare parts, and other biomedical items.
- Ensures a sequential numbering system for all outgoing correspondence related to inventory management.
- Ensures that all correspondence reaches the appropriate department and is properly recorded for tracking purposes.
- Maintains and updates related document as needed.
- Follows up on pending documents, ensuring timely exchange of original records as required.
- Contacts suppliers and companies to request quotations, ensuring that procurement needs are met with competitive pricing.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
