شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة صيدلي عيادات خارجية (Outpatient Pharmacist) في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتفسير وتوضيح أوامر الأدوية من الأطباء، والتحقق من الجرعات والمدة والتأكد من عدم وجود تداخلات دوائية، والتواصل مع الطبيب المختص في حال وجود أي غموض أو استفسار.
- الإشراف على تحضير الأدوية بعد التحقق منها، وإجراء المراجعة المزدوجة والتأكد من وضع البطاقات التعريفية المناسبة قبل الصرف.
- حساب كمية الدواء المراد صرفها بناءً على وزن المريض وعمره.
- إدخال الوصفات الخارجية أو الأوامر في نظام CPOE الخاص بنظام فقيه للرعاية الصحية قبل الصرف.
- ضمان استدعاء المرضى إلى منافذ الصرف في الوقت المناسب وتقليل وقت الانتظار إلى أدنى حد ممكن.
- تقديم المشورة للمرضى ومقدمي الرعاية حول الاستخدام الآمن والسليم للأدوية، والتخزين، والتفاعلات الدوائية وغيرها.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات سلامة الأدوية عند صرفها.
- الحفاظ على مراقبة المخزون وأمن جميع الأدوية، وحفظ السجلات والتخزين الآمن للمخدرات والأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة.
- تحديد الأدوية التي تقترب صلاحيتها والتعامل معها وفق سياسات فقيه، وعدم صرف أي دواء بعد انتهاء صلاحيته.
- إتمام تحصيل رسوم المرضى عن الأدوية المصروفة بشكل صحيح.
- إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة في مكان العمل، وإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية في حالة التعرض العرضي.
- إظهار المعرفة والمهارات في استخدام قائمة الأدوية المعتمدة، وتحديد البدائل العامة، ودور حدود الخصم، وتطبيق قيود كمية الوصفات.
- الامتثال الكامل لمعايير مكافحة العدوى عند التعامل مع الأدوية وتحضير المحاليل الوريدية والتغذية الوريدية الكاملة.
- المساهمة في تدريب وتعريف الصيادلة الجدد والطلاب والمتدربين.
- إظهار المعرفة بالأدوية التي تُصرف دون وصفة طبية (OTC) الشائعة.
- رفع التقارير إلى المشرف/المدير وتسجيل أي خطأ دوائي أو تفاعل دوائي ضار في نظام OVR.
- حضور برامج التعليم المستمر للحفاظ على الخبرة الصيدلانية والتراخيص المطلوبة.
- المشاركة في برامج التعليم المستمر حول ممارسات إدارة الدواء والأدوية عالية الخطورة والأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية حسب الاقتضاء.
- أداء جميع المهام بما يتماشى مع قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على السرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بقواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة في برامج مايكروسوفت وورد وإكسل.
- السعي النشط لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال المشاركة في التدريب والخبرات المناسبة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في بيئة الصيدلة المستشفيات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية المحلية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).

Education

Job Purpose:
Dispenses medications ordered by privileged physicians while observing at all times highest standards of safety and quality and ensuring prompt seamless process that is conducive to highest patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Reviews, interprets, clarifies doctor’s medications orders and verifies all orders doses, duration and checks for potential drug-to-drug interaction and clinical indication. Communicates with ordering doctor in case of any ambiguity or concern.
- Oversees the preparation of the verified medications, performs double-checking and review of proper labeling for the prepared medications and then dispenses.
- Calculates the amount of the drug product to dispense for a prescription based upon body weight and patient age.
- Performs computer entry of outside prescriptions or orders into CPOE of Fakeeh Care HIS before dispensing.
- Ensures prompt and timely calling of patients to dispensing windows and aims at reducing patients waiting time to the minimum possible.
- Counsels the patients and caregivers on the proper & safe use of medication, storage, and interactions, etc.
- Follows all medication safety procedures when dispensing medications.
- Maintains inventory control & security of all drugs, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications.
- Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications according to Fakeeh Care policies and NEVER dispenses a medication beyond its expiry date.
- Properly completes charging of patients for dispensed medications.
- Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
- Demonstrates knowledge & skills in utilizing formulary, identifications of generic substitution, indication and the role of deductible limits and application of prescription quantity limitations.
- Practices and fully complies with current infection prevention and control standards when handling medications and preparing IV and TPN formulas.
- Contributes to training and induction orientation for newly hired pharmacists and students and trainees.
- Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used over the counter (OTC) drugs.
- Reports to pharmacy supervisor/ manager and enters on OVR any encountered medication error or ADR.
- Attends continuing education programs to maintain expertise in pharmacy and required licensure.
- Ensures Enrollment in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Competent computer skills with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
