فرصة مميزة للانضمام إلى شركة Mace المتخصصة في الاستشارات الهندسية والإدارية، كمخطط أول (Senior Planner - Track & Infield) للمشاركة في أحد أكبر البرامج التطويرية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. الوظيفة متاحة للسعوديين ومقرها الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات المشاريع المعقدة، مع تقديم تحليلات واضحة والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية فعّالة.
- الإشراف على تخطيط وجدولة تسليم المشاريع والبرامج متوسطة وعالية التعقيد.
- الإشراف على منهجيات التخطيط والجدولة وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وضوابط المشروع لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل.
- التواصل بثقة مع العملاء وفرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التوافق والوضوح.
- تطوير خطط متينة وتحليل الاتجاهات باستخدام الأساليب العددية والإحصائية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- دعم القيادة العليا في المفاوضات وتطوير العقود والعناية الواجبة وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، وتحمل مسؤولية التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة بالتسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية ذات صلة أو خبرة معادلة في إدارة البناء أو البرامج أو المشاريع أو التجارية.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة المهنية في هيئة معترف بها والالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة متخصصة في أدوات وبرامج إدارة الجداول الزمنية.
- قدرة قيادية مثبتة في مجال السلامة والصحة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة في بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة وقدرة تحليلية، والقدرة على إشراك الأطراف ذات العلاقة والتأثير فيها وبناء علاقات موثوقة.
- استيفاء متطلبات التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل سابقة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (وهو شرط ضروري للهجرة وموافقة العميل).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Advises on complex project requirements, providing clear analysis and recommending effective corrective actions.
- Supervise the planning and scheduling of delivery of medium- to high-complexity projects and programmes.
- Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM, and wider project controls methodologies to drive performance.
- Communicates confidently with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Develops robust plans and interprets trends using numerical and statistical techniques to inform decision-making.
- Supports senior leadership through negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and business development activity.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
