شركة Mace تبحث عن Cost Manager (مواطن سعودي) للعمل في الرياض على مشروع معلم متعدد الاستخدامات في قلب الرياض، مصمم كوجهة ديناميكية للرياضة والترفيه والأنشطة الثقافية والمجتمعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى، وتطوير استراتيجيات المشتريات، والتوصية بأساليب اختيار العقود، وإعداد تقارير المشتريات لدعم أهداف المشروع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة إدارة القيمة، والتخطيط للتكاليف، والتقدير، وتحمل مسؤولية تطوير وعرض خطط التكاليف النهائية.
- دعم عمليات شراء المقاولين واختيارهم، وإعداد وثائق العقود، وتقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات إدارة العقود وتنفيذها.
- قياس وتقييم الأعمال المنجزة، وتقييم التغييرات، وتوفير التحكم في التكاليف وإعداد التقارير، وتقديم تقارير مالية للعملاء.
- مراقبة وتحديد التكاليف المتعلقة بتغييرات التصميم، ومنح العقود، وأنشطة البناء، والمتطلبات التي يحددها العميل.
- تقييم مطالبات المقاولين المتعلقة بالتأخير والتكاليف الإضافية، والتفاوض على الحسابات النهائية، وتقديم المشورة بشأن إنجاز الأعمال وتصحيح العيوب وشهادات الإنجاز النهائي.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتعزيز الأنظمة والعمليات، ودعم التحول التغييري عبر تنفيذ المشاريع.
- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة، وتوجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، وتعزيز أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال مبادرات استباقية لإدارة الكربون وتقليله.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على مؤهل دراسي مناسب.
- خبرة ذات صلة في التقدير وإدارة التكاليف قبل التعاقد، تشمل سنوات من الخبرة في أدوار إدارية عليا في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبيرة أو مشاريع تطوير متعددة الاستخدامات.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (وهو أمر مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل).
- الوظيفة مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين وعلى استعداد للعمل في الرياض.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conduct feasibility studies, develop procurement strategies, recommend contract selection approaches, and prepare procurement reports to support project objectives.
- Oversee the value management, cost planning, and estimating activities and take ownership of developing and presenting final cost plans.
- Support contractor procurement and selection, prepare contract documentation, and advise on contract administration and execution requirements.
- Measure and value completed works, assess variations, provide cost control and reporting, and deliver financial reports to clients.
- Monitor and identify costs related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven requirements.
- Evaluate contractor claims for delays and additional costs, negotiate final accounts, and advise on completion, defect rectification, and final completion certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance systems and processes, and support transformational change across project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, mentor and guide junior team members, and promote net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Relevant experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management, including years of experience in senior management roles on large infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
