تعلن مجموعة ZRVS الطبية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية (الرياض - جدالة) عن توفر وظيفة ضابط مواد خطرة / أخصائي مواد خطرة (Hazmat Officer / Hazardous Materials Specialist) بدوام كامل لمدة 3 سنوات مع تأشيرة عمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومراقبة المناولة الآمنة للمواد الخطرة وتخزينها ونقلها والتخلص منها.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- تحديد المواد الخطرة وتقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بها.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق والسجلات السلامة وجرد المواد الخطرة بشكل مناسب.
- دعم إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ المتعلقة بحوادث المواد الكيميائية والمواد الخطرة.
- إجراء تفتيشات السلامة وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة.
- ضمان الاستخدام السليم وتوفر معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) ومعدات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- التنسيق مع الفرق ذات الصلة أثناء حوادث المواد الخطرة وحالات الطوارئ.
- إجراء التوعية حول السلامة وإجراءات المناولة للموظفين عند الحاجة، والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة والإبلاغ عن انتهاكات أو حوادث السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم / درجة أو مؤهل مهني مناسب في إدارة المواد الخطرة، السلامة والصحة المهنية، السلامة البيئية، الاستجابة للطوارئ، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة كضابط مواد خطرة / أخصائي مواد خطرة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- معرفة قوية بإجراءات مناولة المواد الخطرة وسلامتها.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير والاستجابة للطوارئ.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة الرعاية الصحية / الطبية.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the safe handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable HSE requirements.
- Identify hazardous materials and assess associated risks.
- Maintain proper documentation, safety records, and hazardous material inventories.
- Support emergency response procedures involving chemical and hazardous material incidents.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure appropriate use and availability of PPE and emergency response equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams during hazardous material incidents and emergency situations.
- Conduct safety awareness and handling procedures for employees where required.
- Maintain a safe working environment and report safety violations or incidents.
- Relevant Diploma / Degree or professional qualification in Hazmat Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Safety, Emergency Response, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Hazmat Officer / Hazardous Materials Specialist.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety procedures.
- Good communication, reporting, and emergency response skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare/medical environment.
