Role Description The 3D Project Designer will be responsible for developing detailed 3D concepts and visualizations for leather-focused interior and architectural projects. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves creating and refining design layouts, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating project submittals and documentation. The designer will collaborate with architects, project managers, and production teams to ensure designs are aligned with functional requirements, client expectations, and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, translating client briefings into 3D models, preparing presentation materials, and supporting project implementation through accurate technical drawings and clear communication.

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including experience with interior layouts and material-based design.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings and Submittals skills to develop accurate technical documents and coordinate approvals.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize functional, aesthetic, and user-centered layouts.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to track timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and support on-time project delivery.
• Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety standards.
• Experience working on-site with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with local building practices in Saudi Arabia are advantageous.
