Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Industrial Product Design role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The designer will create 3D concepts and detailed product models for leather and mixed-material goods, translating ideas into manufacturable designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting basic user and market research, iterating on prototypes, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring designs meet production and quality standards. The role also involves refining visual details, supporting material selection, and participating in design reviews to improve product functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Design and 3D Industrial Design skills, including concept development and translating ideas into production-ready designs.
• Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to create clear, appealing, and functional product aesthetics for leather and related materials.
• Candidates should possess Design Thinking abilities to solve problems creatively, iterate on prototypes, and align designs with user and business needs.
• Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to gather insights, understand user behavior, and inform product decisions.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD and modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar) and rendering tools.
• Experience working with physical materials and manufacturing processes, ideally including leather or soft goods, is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production, engineering, and marketing teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
