Hola شركة تصميم متخصصة في المنتجات الجلدية والمواد ذات الصلة، تبحث عن مصمم صناعي ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D Industrial Designer) للعمل بشكل كامل ودوام كامل في موقع الشركة بالرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير مفاهيم المنتجات الجلدية والمواد ذات الصلة من خلال أفكار إبداعية مبتكرة.
- ترجمة الأفكار والمفاهيم إلى نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D) دقيقة باستخدام برامج التصميم المتخصصة.
- تحسين التصاميم من خلال عمليات تكرارية تراعي التغذية الراجعة والاختبارات.
- تطبيق منهجيات التفكير التصميمي (Design Thinking) لحل مشكلات المستخدمين وتحديات التصنيع.
- إعداد مواصفات المنتج التفصيلية (Product Design Specifications) لتوجيه عملية الإنتاج.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (الإنتاج، التسويق) لضمان توافق التصميم مع متطلبات السوق والتصنيع.
- بناء النماذج الأولية (Prototypes) واختبار قابلية الاستخدام والجدوى الفنية.
- إعداد الوثائق والعروض التقديمية لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار والإنتاج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الصناعي أو تصميم المنتجات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.
- أساس قوي في مجال التصميم الصناعي وتصميم المنتجات مع القدرة على إنتاج منتجات وظيفية ذات جمالية عالية.
- إتقان توليد المفاهيم (Concept Generation) والتفكير التصميمي (Design Thinking) لتطوير حلول مبتكرة تركز على المستخدم.
- خبرة عملية في بناء النماذج الأولية (Prototyping) سواء نماذج مادية أو رقمية لأغراض الاختبار والتحسين.
- إجادة استخدام برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد و CAD مثل SolidWorks أو Rhino أو Fusion 360 أو ما يعادلها.
- فهم عميق للمواد وعمليات التصنيع، ويفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في مجال الجلود أو المنتجات الناعمة (soft goods).
- مهارات قوية في التواصل البصري تشمل الرسم اليدوي (sketching) والتصيير (rendering) وإعداد عروض التصميم.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات في موقع العمل، وإدارة مشاريع متعددة ضمن مواعيد تسليم محددة.
- خبرة سابقة في تصميم المنتجات الاستهلاكية أو إكسسوارات الموضة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360 أو ما يشابهها).
- مهارات متقدمة في توليد المفاهيم والتفكير التصميمي.
- قدرة على بناء نماذج أولية واختبارها لتحسين المنتج.
- معرفة متعمقة بالمواد وعمليات التصنيع وخاصة الجلود.
- مهارات قوية في الرسم والتصيير اليدوي والرقمي.
- التواصل الفعال والعمل الجماعي ضمن بيئة متعددة التخصصات.

- Skilled in 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar) for detailed product development.
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, preferably with experience in leather or soft goods.
- Strong visual communication skills, including sketching, rendering, and creating design presentations.
- Ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consumer products or fashion accessories design is an advantage.
