المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تقديم مبادرات التحول المؤسسي والتقنية وتطوير المنتجات عبر مجموعة من مهام العملاء.
- تحليل تحديات العملاء ومتطلباتهم وعملياتهم وفرصهم لتحديد حلول عملية وقابلة للتوسع.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل الاستراتيجية الرقمية، تصميم التجارب، الهندسة، ووظائف تخصصية أخرى.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء لفهم الأهداف، توصية الحلول، جمع الملاحظات، ودعم التوافق على الأولويات.
- المساهمة في تخطيط المشاريع، التنفيذ، التوثيق، العروض التقديمية، وتقديم أعمال عالية الجودة للعملاء.
- تطبيق أساليب تحليلية ومنظمة لحل المشكلات لمعالجة تحديات الأعمال والتقنية المعقدة.
- دعم تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين المنتجات الرقمية والخدمات والعمليات أو الحلول التقنية حسب متطلبات المهمة.

- إدارة مسارات العمل والمخرجات المسندة بكفاءة مع الحفاظ على الجودة والالتزام بالمواعيد المتفق عليها.
- مشاركة المعرفة والمساهمة في تطوير الفريق والمنهجيات القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام والتحسين المستمر عبر المهام الاستشارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية مثبتة في الاستشارات، التحول المؤسسي، التقنية، تطوير المنتجات، الاستراتيجية الرقمية، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية في حل المشكلات مع القدرة على تفكيك المشكلات المعقدة وتطوير حلول منظمة.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع موجهة للعملاء والتعاون مع أصحاب مصلحة متعددين عبر وظائف أو تخصصات مختلفة.
- القدرة على فهم أهداف العمل وترجمتها إلى توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ، متطلبات، أو حلول تقنية.
