انضم إلى شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، في دور قائد مهندس كهربائي (Lead Electrical Engineer).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الأعمال الكهربائية للتأكد من مطابقتها لأحكام وثائق العقد ودليل الإجراءات.
- مراجعة واعتماد ومعالجة جميع المقدمات الفنية لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV) وتقنية المعلومات (IT).
- إعداد إجابات أولية لطلبات الاستفسار (RFIs) المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية.
- التنسيق والإشراف على الأعمال التمهيدية للأنشطة والعمليات الكهربائية.
- مراجعة مقترحات أوامر التغيير الخاصة بالأعمال الكهربائية من المقاول وإعداد التوصيات لمهندس الكهرباء الأول.
- التواصل مع الاستشاريين الفرعيين اللازمين.
- المساعدة في مراجعة مطالبات المقاول المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية وإعداد التوصيات بشأنها.
- المساعدة في مراجعة مستندات السجلات الخاصة بالمشروع من المقاول ذات الصلة بتخصصه.
- المساعدة في فحص الأعمال المنجزة والإشراف على بدء التشغيل والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم للأعمال الكهربائية.
- إعداد حزمة التوقيع النهائي للأعمال الكهربائية المنجزة مع الوثائق الكاملة لتوقيع مهندس الكهرباء الأول.
- أداء جميع المهام الأخرى التي يحددها مدير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 14 عاماً كمهندس كهربائي / ELV، مع 3-5 سنوات في إدارة الإنشاءات في الشرق الأوسط.
- خلفية تقنية قوية في الأعمال الكهربائية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الشفوي والكتابي.
- معرفة / خبرة في برنامج AUTO CAD.
- إلمام جيد بحلول مايكروسوفت أوفيس للأعمال (Excel, Word).
- القدرة على مراجعة المستندات اللازمة والتعليق عليها بشكل صحيح.
- فهم ممتاز للمواصفات.
- فهم جيد لمتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
- فهم كامل للمشروع في التخصص المعني من البداية حتى التسليم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية قوية في الأعمال الكهربائية وأنظمة ELV.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج AUTO CAD.
- إتقان استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel, Word).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفوي والكتابي.
- القدرة على مراجعة الوثائق الفنية والتعليق عليها.
- فهم عميق للمواصفات ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team! The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for Electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring the Electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
- Reviewing, approving and processing all ELV and IT technical submittals.
- Prepare preliminary answers RFI’s related to Electrical works.
- Coordinating and supervising the pre-installation work of Electrical activities and operations.
- Reviewing contractor’s Electrical change order proposals and preparing recommendations to the Senior Electrical Engineer.
- Liaison with the necessary sub consultants.
- Assist with the review off contractor’s claims related to Electrical works and preparing recommendations for claims.
- Assist with the review off contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline.
- Assist with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the Electrical works.
- Prepare “sign-off” package for completed Electrical works with completed documentation for sign-off by Senior Electrical Engineer.
- Perform all other duties given by PM.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum (14) years' experience as Electrical / ELV Engineer with (3 -5) years in Construction Administration in the Middle East.
- Strong technical background on Electrical works.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge/experience in AUTO CAD.
- Good command of Microsoft Office business solution (Excel, Word).
- Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation.
- Excellent understanding of specifications
- Good understanding of Authority requirements.
- Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to hand-over.
