GIS Specialist (Saudi National)

تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation، الرائدة عالمياً، إلى تعيين أخصائي نظم معلومات جغرافية (GIS Specialist) سعودي الجنسية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في مشروع القدية الطموح بالرياض. ستعمل ضمن بيئة مبتكرة وتحت إشراف رؤية قيادية تركز على تمكين الأفراد وتعزيز النمو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتشغيل منصة ESRI GIS وتنفيذ السياسات والقوالب والإجراءات لتوحيد البيانات الجغرافية المكانية.
- مراجعة ودمج بيانات GIS المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين في منصة العميل، وضمان الامتثال والتكامل مع BIM وCAD.
- إجراء تحليلات مكانية (مثل النمذجة والإحصاء الجغرافي) وإنشاء خرائط ولوحات بيانات باستخدام ArcGIS Online/Enterprise لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- التحقق من دقة بيانات GIS، وصيانة البيانات الوصفية، وتوثيق سير العمل في نظام Aconex بما يتوافق مع معايير مشروع القدية.
- التنسيق مع شركاء التسليم واستشاريي التصميم وأصحاب المصلحة (مثل هيئة التراث السعودية) بخصوص التصاريح المتعلقة بـ GIS وإدارة الواجهات.
- تقديم مخرجات GIS للتخطيط الرئيسي والموافقات التنظيمية (مثل CSP) والتسليم، ودعم البرنامج المتكامل الرئيسي.
- مواءمة سير عمل GIS مع أنظمة شركاء التسليم الآخرين، واقتراح تحسينات للأدوات مثل Fuzor أو Autodesk Vault عند الحاجة.
- توجيه فنيي GIS وتدريب موظفي العميل والمقاولين على أفضل ممارسات GIS.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في GIS أو الجغرافيا أو التخطيط العمراني أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال GIS، ويفضل في مشاريع التطوير العمراني أو المشاريع العملاقة.
- خبرة متخصصة في منصات ESRI (ArcGIS Pro، Online، Enterprise) وتكامل BIM/CAD، وخبرة سابقة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- الجنسية السعودية فقط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان منصات ESRI GIS، ولغات Python/JavaScript/SQL للأتمتة، وإدارة قواعد البيانات (مثل PostgreSQL).
- مهارات في رسم الخرائط، وصيغ البيانات المكانية، وتكامل BIM/CAD.
- قدرات تحليل مكاني وتصور متقدمة لتلبية احتياجات المشاريع المعقدة.
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية) لنقل البيانات التقنية إلى أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مستقلة على استكشاف مشاكل بيانات/برمجيات GIS وإصلاحها.
- تنظيم عالٍ للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية وتوثيق العمل في Aconex.
- روح الفريق والامتثال لسياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوكمة لدى العميل.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وAconex.
- أنظمة: استخدام ESRI GIS، Aconex، Primavera P6 وفقاً لسياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى العميل.

What You'll Be Doing
- GIS Management: Operate and manage the ESRI GIS platform, implementing policies, templates, and procedures for geospatial data standardization.
- Data Integration: Review and integrate consultant/contractor GIS submittals into the Client’s GIS platform, ensuring compliance and interoperability with BIM and CAD.
- Spatial Analysis: Conduct spatial analyses (e.g., modeling, geostatistics) and create maps/dashboards using ArcGIS Online/Enterprise to support decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Validate GIS data accuracy, maintain metadata, and document workflows in Aconex, aligning with Qiddiya’s standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery partners, design consultants, and stakeholders (e.g., Saudi Heritage Commission) for GIS-related permitting and interface management.
- Project Support: Provide GIS deliverables for master planning, regulatory approvals (e.g., CSP), and handover, supporting the Integrated Master Programme.
- System Alignment: Align GIS workflows with other delivery partners’ systems, proposing enhancements to tools like Fuzor or Autodesk Vault as needed.
- Mentorship: Guide GIS technicians and train Client staff/contractors on GIS best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of GIS experience, ideally in urban development or mega-projects.
- Expertise in ESRI platforms (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise), BIM/CAD integration, and GCC project experience.
- Saudi nationals only.
- Proficient in ESRI GIS, Python/JavaScript/SQL for automation, and database management (e.g., PostgreSQL). Skilled in cartography, spatial data formats, and BIM/CAD integration.
- Advanced spatial analysis and visualization for complex project needs.
- Strong English skills (Arabic a plus) to convey technical data to stakeholders.
- Independent troubleshooting of GIS data/software issues.
- Organized to meet deadlines and document in Aconex.
- Team-oriented, aligning with Client IT/governance policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aconex.
- Systems: Use ESRI GIS, Aconex, Primavera P6 per Client IT policies.
