تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة Cost Specialist (سعودي الجنسية) في مدينة الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان تحميل جميع التكاليف بشكل صحيح على المشاريع وضمان رؤية كاملة لفريق مراقبة التكاليف.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
  • التواصل مع العملاء، وحضور الاجتماعات الدورية، وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية.
  • تخصيص أنظمة مراقبة المشاريع لتلبية متطلبات المشروع المحددة.
  • دعم مدير المشروع في مراجعة واعتماد خطة العمل.
  • تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والمساعدة المتخصصة في حل مشكلات مراقبة التكاليف الصعبة والمعقدة.
  • المشاركة في المراجعات الشهرية والربع سنوية ودعم فريق المشروع في شرح الفروقات ومبرراتها.
  • استخدام البيانات التاريخية والاتجاهات للحفاظ على أساس واقعي للتخطيط والتنبؤ المستقبلي.
  • إجراء تحليل الفروق مقابل التوقعات الأساسية وبدء أو التوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
  • وضع توقعات للموارد والإيرادات والتكاليف للمشاريع بالتنسيق مع فرق المشروع.
  • إعداد وتحديث تقارير تتبع التكاليف الأسبوعية والشهرية.
  • تحليل وتقييم والتنبؤ والإبلاغ عن حالة التكاليف مقارنة بالخط الأساسي بالتعاون مع فريق التخطيط.
  • إعداد الميزانيات الأساسية للموارد والإيرادات والتكاليف باستخدام هيكل تنظيم العمل (WBS) المناسب مع التواصل مع مختلف التخصصات والتنسيق مع مدير المشروع وجدولة المشاريع.
  • تقديم تحليل مالي وتحليل تكاليف وتقارير عن القيمة المكتسبة وأداء التكاليف.
  • تحمل مسؤولية ميزانيات المشاريع والفواتير والتحكم في التغيير والتنبؤ بالتكاليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة أو مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الميزانية والتنبؤ وإعداد التقارير المالية لمشاريع البناء الضخمة في الهندسة أو البناء أو الإنشاءات الترفيهية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office بما في ذلك مهارات متقدمة في Excel و Power BI.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CA أو CPA أو ACCA.
  • يفضل خبرة مع شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) والمقاولين الرئيسيين.
  • معرفة شاملة بممارسات ومعايير الصناعة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all costs are properly charged to projects and that the cost control team has full visibility.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position, as appropriate.
  • Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and prepare statistical reports.
  • Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
  • Support the Project Director in reviewing and finalizing the business plan.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance in resolving difficult and complex cost control issues.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews and support the project team in explaining variances and their justifications.
  • Utilize historical data and trends to maintain a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
  • Perform variance analysis against baseline projections and initiate or recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish resource, revenue, and cost projections for projects in coordination with project teams.
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly cost-tracking reports.
  • Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report cost status against the established baseline in collaboration with the planning team.
  • Set up baseline budgets for resources, revenue, and costs using an appropriate WBS, or Work Breakdown Structure, while interfacing with various disciplines and coordinating with the Project Manager and Scheduler.
  • Provide financial and cost analysis, as well as earned value and cost performance reporting.
  • Take responsibility for project budgets, invoicing, change control, and cost forecasting.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited university or institution is required.
  • At least 8 years of related work experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for mega engineering, construction, or entertainment construction projects is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, and Power BI is required.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.
  • Experience with PMC firms and main contractors is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and standards.
