نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مفتش الاختبارات غير الاتلافية المستوى الثاني مسؤولية إجراء عمليات التفتيش باستخدام طرق معتمدة لتقييم سلامة المواد واللحامات والمكونات دون إحداث أي ضرر. تشمل المهام إجراء التفتيش في الميدان وورش العمل، وتفسير نتائج التفتيش، وإعداد تقارير التفتيش وفقاً للكودات والمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش باستخدام الطرق المعتمدة مثل UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET بناءً على الشهادة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تفتيش اللحامات وخطوط الأنابيب وأوعية الضغط والمكونات الإنشائية والأصول الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- ضبط ومعايرة وتشغيل معدات NDT وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- أداء التفتيش بشكل مستقل ضمن نطاق شهادة المستوى الثاني.
- تفسير وتقييم نتائج التفتيش وفقاً للكودات والمعايير والإجراءات ومعايير القبول المعمول بها.
- تحديد العيوب والانقطاعات وعدم المطابقة التي يتم العثور عليها أثناء أنشطة التفتيش والإبلاغ عنها.
- إعداد تقارير تفتيش دقيقة وواضحة ووثائق فنية.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة التفتيش لمعايير ASME وAPI وAWS وISO ومواصفات العميل وإجراءات NDT المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة ومفتشي اللحام وممثلي العملاء وغيرهم من العاملين في المشروع بشأن أنشطة التفتيش والنتائج.
- صيانة معدات NDT وضمان التعامل السليم وحالة المعايرة والتخزين.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة والشركة أثناء أنشطة التفتيش.
- دعم عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وإعادة التفتيش الخاصة بالعميل حسب الحاجة.
- العمل في بيئات ميدانية أو ورش عمل أو مواقع أو offshore والسفر حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم فني أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال التفتيش غير الاتلافي (NDT).
- شهادة NDT سارية المفعول من المستوى الثاني في الطرق ذات الصلة وفقاً لـ ASNT أو ISO 9712 أو أي نظام اعتماد معادل معترف به.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة المستوى الثاني في طرق مثل UT, PAUT, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET حسب متطلبات المشروع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات NDT المطبقة وإجراءات التفتيش ومعايير القبول.
- الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة مثل ASME وAPI وAWS وISO.
- القدرة على ضبط ومعايرة وتشغيل معدات NDT ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على تفسير نتائج التفتيش وإعداد تقارير تفتيش دقيقة.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية ووثائق اللحام والإجراءات والمواصفات الفنية.
- مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير وحل مشكلات جيدة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع فرق ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة والمفتشين والمهندسين وممثلي العملاء.
- الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في بيئات ميدانية أو ورش عمل أو مواقع أو offshore حسب الحاجة.

Your Tasks
- Perform NDT inspections using approved methods such as UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, and ET, based on certification and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections on welds, pipelines, pressure vessels, structural components, and other related assets.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
- Perform inspections independently within the scope of Level II certification.
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and report defects, discontinuities, and non-conformities found during inspection activities.
- Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports and technical documentation
- Ensure inspection activities comply with applicable ASME, API, AWS, ISO, client specifications, and approved NDT procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Client Representatives, and other project personnel regarding inspection activities and findings.
- Maintain NDT equipment and ensure proper handling, calibration status, and storage.
- Follow all applicable HSE, quality, and company procedures during inspection activities.
- Support client inspections, audits, and re-inspection activities as required.
- Work in field, workshop, site, or offshore environments and travel as required.
- High school diploma, technical diploma, or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant NDT inspection experience.
- Valid NDT Level II certification in relevant methods in accordance with ASNT, ISO 9712, or equivalent recognized certification scheme.
- Level II certification in methods such as UT, PAUT, RT, MT, PT, VT, and/or ET is preferred depending on project requirements.
- Good knowledge of applicable NDT techniques, inspection procedures, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards, including ASME, API, AWS, and ISO.
- Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate relevant NDT inspection equipment.
- Ability to interpret inspection results and prepare accurate inspection reports.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, welding documentation, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with QA/QC teams, inspectors, engineers, and client representatives.
- Willingness to travel and work in field, workshop, site, or offshore environmentsas required.
