شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج (JASARA) تبحث عن مفتشين (Inspector) للانضمام إلى كوادر الإشراف الإنشائي في مشاريع تنموية كبرى بالمملكة، وذلك ضمن إطار تعاقدي قادم لمناطق عدة تشمل الرياض وجدة ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والخبر والدمام وعسير وجازان ونجران.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بالتفتيش الميداني اليومي للأعمال المسندة.
- التحقق من مطابقة أنشطة المقاول للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- تحديد العيوب وعدم المطابقة والممارسات غير الآمنة أو الخاطئة.
- توثيق نتائج التفتيش ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الاختصاص والمقاول لحل المشاكل الميدانية.
- التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة ودعم طلبات التفتيش، مع حفظ السجلات وتقديم تقارير دورية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي أو إنشائي مناسب.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال البناء.
- خبرة في الإشراف الإنشائي أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
- خبرة في إجراء التفتيش الموقعي ومراقبة أعمال المقاولين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وإعداد تقارير ممتازة.

Inspector
Role Overview
Carry out site inspections and monitor the Contractor's works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections of assigned works.
- Verify Contractor activities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects, non-conformances, and unsafe or incorrect practices.
- Record inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with discipline engineers and the Contractor on site issues.
- Verify completed works and support inspection requests.
- Maintain inspection records and provide daily/weekly updates.

Requirements
- Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/construction discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience.
- Experience in construction supervision or consultancy.
- Experience conducting site inspections and monitoring Contractors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
