Jasara Program Management Company تعلن عن فرصة تعيين HSE Officer RP03 (إظهار الاهتمام) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات (Construction Supervision) لدعم المشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم تطبيق ومراقبة متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) عبر أنشطة الإنشاءات، وضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والجهات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاءات اليومية للتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات HSE.
- إجراء تفتيش ميداني دوري للموقع وتحديد الظروف والممارسات غير الآمنة.
- ضمان امتثال المقاول لخطط وإجراءات وتقييمات المخاطر المعتمدة لـ HSE.
- مراقبة محادثات صندوق الأدوات (Toolbox Talks) وتصاريح العمل وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- دعم الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتحقيق فيها.
- متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات ومراجعات وأنشطة التوعية الخاصة بـ HSE.
- إعداد ملاحظات HSE وتقارير التفتيش والتقارير اليومية/الأسبوعية.
- رفع المخاطر والانتهاكات الهامة لـ HSE إلى مدير HSE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو مشاريع الهندسة المدنية الكبرى.
- خبرة في العمل المباشر مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وممثلي العميل في الموقع.
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات HSE ومتطلبات السلامة في الموقع.
- مؤهل للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل الحصول على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الهندسة البيئية أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل 10+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في HSE.
- يفضل معرفة جيدة بتقييمات المخاطر.

- NEBOSH IGC
- IOSH
- الإسعافات الأولية / الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (First Aid / CPR)

HSE Officer RP03 (EOI)
Role Overview
Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements across construction activities, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices
- Ensure Contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments
- Monitor toolbox talks, permits, and safe work practices
- Support incident reporting and investigation
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and awareness activities
- Prepare HSE observations, inspection reports, and daily/weekly reports
- Escalate significant HSE risks and violations to the HSE Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects
- Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on site
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
- Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred
- Good knowledge of risk assessments is a plus
