تعلن شركة Jasara Program Management Company عن فرصة شغل وظيفة HSE Manager (مدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) في الرياض، ضمن إطار الإشراف على مشاريع إنشائية كبرى في المملكة (إعلان اهتمام EOI).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبني حاليًا قاعدة من الكوادر المؤهلة للمتطلبات المتوقعة في مشاريع الإشراف على الإنشاءات بقطاعات متعددة (التطويرات المختلطة، المجتمعات السكنية، المرافق التجارية، الضيافة، الرعاية الصحية، التعليم، البنية التحتية، والأماكن العامة). ستقود الوظيفة الشؤون الشاملة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع، وتضمن الامتثال للوائح والمتطلبات والمعايير المعمول بها عبر جميع أنشطة الإنشاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق HSE للمشروع.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ نظام وإدارة خطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول لمتطلبات HSE.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش ومراجعات أداء في مجال HSE.
- تحديد مخاطر HSE الرئيسية وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة.
- قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لـ HSE وإعداد تقارير الأداء الدورية.
- التنسيق مع العميل والمقاول وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع بشأن قضايا HSE.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين، ويفضل في مشاريع إنشاءات/بنية تحتية كبرى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب مدير HSE أو دور HSE أولي مماثل.
- خبرة قوية في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة HSE الخاصة بالمقاولين.
- معرفة قوية بتشريعات HSE ذات الصلة والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات: NEBOSH IGC / Diploma، ISO 45001 Lead Auditor، PMP.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قيادة فريق وإدارة مشاريع HSE.
- إدارة المخاطر وتطبيق إجراءات التخفيف.
- التدقيق والتفتيش ومراجعة الأداء.

HSE Manager
Lead the overall HSE function for the project, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, project requirements, and HSE standards across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project HSE team
- Oversee implementation of the project HSE management system and plans
- Monitor Contractor compliance with HSE requirements
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews
- Identify key HSE risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented
- Lead investigations of incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and project stakeholders on HSE matters
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- 2+ years of experience, preferably on major construction/infrastructure projects
- Minium 5 years previous experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent senior HSE role
- Strong experience in construction supervision and Contractor HSE management
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EBOSH IGC / Diploma
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- PMP
