تعلن شركة Core Code io عن توفر وظيفة Manual QA Tester في الرياض، للعمل على ضمان جودة تطبيقات البرمجيات من خلال تنفيذ اختبارات يدوية دقيقة قبل الإطلاق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ حالات وسيناريوهات اختبار يدوية للتحقق من وظائف البرمجيات.
  • مراجعة المتطلبات وقصص المستخدمين والمواصفات لتحديد احتياجات الاختبار.
  • إنشاء وصيانة حالات الاختبار ونصوصه وقوائم الفحص ووثائق الاختبار.
  • إجراء اختبارات وظيفية وتراجعية وتكاملية وتجربة مستخدم واستكشافية.
  • تحديد وإعادة إنتاج وتوثيق وتتبع الأخطاء والعيوب البرمجية.
  • تقديم وصف واضح وخطوات إعادة الإنتاج والنتائج المتوقعة والفعلية للمشكلات المبلّغ عنها.
  • إعادة اختبار العيوب المُصلحة للتأكد من عمل الإصلاحات كما هو متوقع.
  • إجراء اختبار تراجعي بعد إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تحديثات أو إصلاحات للأخطاء.
  • اختبار التطبيقات الويب عبر مختلف المتصفحات والأجهزة والبيئات عند الحاجة.
  • التحقق من سلوك التطبيق وفقاً للمتطلبات التجارية والفنية.
  • التعاون مع المطورين ومديري المنتجات والمصممين والفرق الأخرى للتحقيق في العيوب وحلها.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنتائج الاختبار والعيوب وتقدم الاختبار.
  • المشاركة في اختبار الإصدارات وأنشطة التحقق من الجودة.
  • المساعدة في اختبار قبول المستخدم عند الحاجة.
  • إبلاغ أصحاب المصلحة بتقدم الاختبار والمخاطر ومخاوف الجودة.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين عمليات الاختبار ووثائقه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في اختبار ضمان الجودة اليدوي أو اختبار البرمجيات أو ضمان الجودة أو دور مماثل.
  • خبرة عملية في إنشاء وتنفيذ حالات اختبار يدوية.
  • خبرة في تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع عيوب البرمجيات.
  • الإلمام بأدوات مثل Jira أو TestRail أو Azure DevOps أو منصات مماثلة.
  • خبرة في اختبار تطبيقات الويب أو البرمجيات.
  • خبرة في إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية والتراجعية.
  • القدرة على تحليل المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى سيناريوهات اختبار فعالة.
  • مهارات حاسوبية ورقمية قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع الحفاظ على الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع المطورين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد مناسب للعمل عن بُعد.
  • موقف مهني وتحليلي وموثوق ومركز على الجودة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة إذا كان المنصب يتطلب العمل مع فرق ناطقة بالإنجليزية أو وثائق فنية.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Manual QA Tester to ensure software applications function correctly and meet established quality standards before release. The ideal candidate will have strong testing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify, reproduce, document, and communicate software defects clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases and test scenarios to verify software functionality.
  • Review requirements, user stories, and specifications to identify testing needs.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, checklists, and testing documentation.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and track software bugs and defects.
  • Provide clear descriptions, reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results for reported issues.
  • Retest resolved defects to confirm fixes are working as expected.
  • Perform regression testing after new features, updates, or bug fixes.
  • Test web applications across different browsers, devices, and environments when required.
  • Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other teams to investigate and resolve defects.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, and testing progress.
  • Participate in release testing and quality validation activities.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing when required.
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and documentation.
