تسعى شركة Core Code io إلى تعيين محلل ضمان جودة (Quality Assurance Analyst) في الرياض، السعودية، للتركيز على تقييم العمليات والمنتجات والخدمات لضمان مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل العمليات والمنتجات والخدمات لتحديد مشكلات الجودة ومجالات التحسين.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط ضمان الجودة والإجراءات وقوائم الفحص والوثائق.
- إجراء مراجعات الجودة والتفتيش والتدقيق وأنشطة الاختبار.
- مراقبة العمليات والأداء مقابل معايير ومتطلبات الجودة المحددة.
- تحديد وتوثيق والتحقيق وتتبع العيوب والأخطاء ومشكلات الجودة.
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- مراجعة البيانات ومقاييس الجودة لتحديد الاتجاهات والمشكلات المتكررة والمخاطر المحتملة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمراجعات الجودة والنتائج والإجراءات التصحيحية والنتائج.
- التعاون مع فرق العمليات والمنتجات والهندسة وخدمة العملاء وغيرها لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- التحقق من تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بفعالية.
- إعداد تقارير الجودة ولوحات المعلومات وملخصات الأداء للإدارة.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي ومراجعات الامتثال ومبادرات تحسين الجودة.
- ضمان اتباع العمليات والتسليمات لمعايير وإجراءات الشركة المعتمدة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين الكفاءة والاتساق والجودة الشاملة.
- إبلاغ نتائج الجودة والمخاطر والتوصيات بوضوح إلى أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات ومعايير ضمان الجودة.

- خبرة في تحديد وتوثيق مشكلات الجودة والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- خبرة في تحليل مقاييس الجودة والبيانات التشغيلية.
- مهارات حاسوبية ورقمية قوية.
- خبرة في العمل مع جداول البيانات أو أدوات إعداد التقارير أو أنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- القدرة على التحقيق في المشكلات وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية المحتملة.
- القدرة على إبلاغ النتائج والتوصيات إلى أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.

- Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct quality reviews, inspections, audits, and testing activities.
- Monitor processes and performance against established quality standards and requirements.
- Identify, document, investigate, and track defects, errors, and quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Review data and quality metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risks.
- Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, findings, corrective actions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
- Validate that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure processes and deliverables follow established company standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall quality.
- Communicate quality findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
