تعلن شركة Core Code io عن توفر وظيفة مختبر ضمان جودة (QA Tester) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن مرشح دقيق وذو تفكير تحليلي لضمان مطابقة التطبيقات البرمجية لمعايير الجودة والوظائف والأداء قبل الإصدار.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ اختبارات يدوية وآلية للتحقق من وظائف البرمجيات وجودتها.
  • مراجعة المتطلبات والمواصفات وقصص المستخدمين لتطوير سيناريوهات اختبار مناسبة.
  • إنشاء وصيانة حالات الاختبار ونصوص الاختبار ووثائق الاختبار.
  • تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع الأخطاء والعيوب البرمجية.
  • إعادة إنتاج المشكلات المبلغ عنها وتقديم خطوات واضحة ومعلومات داعمة.
  • إجراء اختبارات وظيفية واختبارات الانحدار واختبارات التكامل واختبارات سهولة الاستخدام والاختبارات الاستكشافية.
  • التحقق من إصلاح الأخطاء وضمان حل المشكلات بشكل صحيح.
  • التعاون مع المطورين ومديري المنتجات والمصممين والفرق الأخرى لحل العيوب.
  • المشاركة في الاختبار طوال دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
  • إجراء اختبارات عبر المتصفحات والمنصات والأجهزة عند الحاجة.
  • التحقق من سلوك التطبيق وفقاً للمتطلبات التجارية والفنية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنتائج الاختبار والعيوب وتقدم الاختبار.
  • الإبلاغ عن حالة الاختبار والمخاطر ومخاوف الجودة إلى الجهات المعنية.
  • المساعدة في اختبار قبول المستخدم والتحقق من صحة الإصدارات.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين عمليات الاختبار والأدوات ومعايير الجودة.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر لممارسات ضمان الجودة والتوثيق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لمبادئ اختبار البرمجيات وضمان الجودة.
  • اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والتفكير التحليلي.
  • قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأعطال.
  • خبرة في إنشاء وتنفيذ حالات الاختبار وسيناريوهات الاختبار.
  • القدرة على تحديد الأخطاء البرمجية وإعادة إنتاجها وتوثيقها بوضوح.
  • الإلمام بأدوات تتبع الأخطاء وإدارة الاختبارات.
  • فهم دورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات وعمليات ضمان الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في اختبار ضمان الجودة أو اختبار البرمجيات أو ضمان الجودة أو دور مماثل.
  • خبرة في إنشاء وتنفيذ حالات اختبار يدوية.
  • خبرة في تحديد الأخطاء البرمجية وتوثيقها وتتبعها.
  • الإلمام بأدوات مثل Jira أو TestRail أو Azure DevOps أو منصات مماثلة.
  • فهم عمليات اختبار تطبيقات الويب والبرمجيات.
  • خبرة في إجراء اختبارات الانحدار والاختبارات الوظيفية.
  • مهارات حاسوبية ورقمية قوية.
  • القدرة على تحليل المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى سيناريوهات اختبار فعالة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع الحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على إيصال المشكلات التقنية بوضوح وبشكل احترافي.
  • اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد مناسب للعمل عن بُعد.
  • موقف مهني وتحليلي وموثوق ومركّز على الجودة.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused QA Tester to ensure software applications meet functional, usability, performance, and quality standards before release. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, document, and communicate software issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality and quality.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and user stories to develop appropriate test scenarios.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
  • Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects.
  • Reproduce reported issues and provide clear steps and supporting information.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other teams to resolve defects.
  • Participate in testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and device testing when required.
  • Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, and testing progress.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and quality concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and release validation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA practices and documentation.
