هذه فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة تركز على تقديم بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق مع انضباط تجاري قوي وتعاون وتأثير على مستوى البرنامج. سيلعب المرشح دوراً مهماً في دعم الأسس التجارية والتعاقدية لبرامج البنية التحتية الكبرى، والعمل عن كثب مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع والتجارة للمساعدة في ضمان إدارة العقود بفعالية عبر بيئة تسليم معقدة، مع المساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات السليمة وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة للبرنامج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وصياغة وإدارة العقود عبر برامج البنية التحتية المعقدة
- تنسيق وثائق العقود والموافقات والامتثال للسياسات الداخلية
- دعم أوامر التغيير والمطالبات والمراسلات التجارية مع أصحاب المصلحة
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لحل المشكلات التعاقدية والتجارية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهلات المطلوبة: درجة البكالوريوس في المساحة الكميّة، إدارة البناء، الهندسة، القانون، التجارة، أو مجال ذي صلة
- يفضل العضوية المهنية في هيئة مهنية معترف بها (RICS، CIArb، CIPS، ICE، أو ما يعادلها)
- المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة لا تقل عن 15+ سنة في إدارة العقود أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة العقود ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو مشاريع البناء
- خبرة في إدارة محافظ عقود كبيرة ومعقدة
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق إدارة العقود
- خبرة في دعم مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والنقل أو البنية التحتية الكبرى
- الإلمام ببيئات حوكمة القطاع العام أو المشاريع العملاقة أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية

As a Senior Contracts Admin, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial and contractual foundations of major infrastructure programs. The role offers the chance to work closely with project and commercial stakeholders, helping ensure that contract administration is handled effectively across a complex delivery environment while contributing to sound decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and administer contracts across complex infrastructure programs
- Coordinate contract documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal policies
- Support change orders, claims, and commercial correspondence with stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or related discipline
- Professional membership with a recognised industry body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent) desirable
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience managing large and complex contract portfolios
- Demonstrated experience leading contract administration teams
- Experience supporting roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with public-sector or giga-project governance environments is highly desirable
