تعلن شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج (Jasara Program Management Company) عن توفر وظيفة مدير عقود - البنية التحتية للطرق (Contracts Manager - Roads Infrastructure) في مدينة تبوك. تهدف الشركة، وهي مشروع مشترك بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وجاكوبس وأرامكو السعودية، إلى دعم رؤية 2030 من خلال إدارة برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العقود في مشاريع البنية التحتية الاجتماعية واسعة النطاق.
- مراجعة والتفاوض وإبرام اتفاقيات الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- مراقبة الامتثال للعقود والمخاطر ووثائق تغيير الأوامر.
- التنسيق مع فرق الشؤون القانونية والمشتريات والمشاريع في الأمور التعاقدية.
- دعم إدارة المطالبات وحل المشكلات التجارية طوال تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
المؤهلات المطلوبة: درجة البكالوريوس في الكميات أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو القانون أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في إدارة العقود أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة العقود في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو الإنشاءات. خبرة مثبتة في إدارة محافظ عقود كبيرة ومعقدة وقيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في إدارة العقود والتجارة. خبرة كبيرة في إدارة وتنفيذ العقود القائمة على FIDIC. خبرة في العمل على مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والنقل أو برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى. المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة في بيئات العملاء الكبيرة أو الجهات الحكومية أو مشاريع الجيجا. مؤهل دراسات عليا في الإدارة التجارية أو قانون الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال. عضوية مهنية في RICS أو CIArb أو ICE أو CICES أو هيئة مهنية مماثلة.

Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects
- Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements
- Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters
- Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams
- Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts
- Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes
- Experience within large-scale client organisations, government entities, or giga-project environments
- Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration
- Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES, or an equivalent professional body
