المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تفتيش دوري للمناطق السكنية والتجارية والمشتركة داخل المجتمع، وتحديد المخالفات المتعلقة بقواعد المجتمع ومعايير الملكية والمناظر الطبيعية ومواقف السيارات وإدارة النفايات والسلامة العامة.
- مراقبة مرافق المجتمع ووسائل الراحة والبنية التحتية لضمان صيانتها وفق المعايير المطلوبة، والإبلاغ عن العيوب والأضرار ومتطلبات الصيانة للإدارات المعنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات إدارة المجتمع واللوائح البلدية والمعايير البيئية، وتفتيش أنشطة المقاولين للتحقق من الالتزام بالمعايير المعتمدة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- توثيق المخالفات وبدء إجراءات التصحيح، ومتابعة المخالفات المعلقة وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
- الاستجابة لشكاوى السكان وطلبات الخدمة المتعلقة بأوضاع المجتمع، وتقديم الإرشاد للسكان والمستأجرين بشأن لوائح المجتمع ومعاييره.
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة الممتلكات ومقاولي الصيانة والجهات الخارجية عند الحاجة، وإعداد تقارير تفتيش يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية.

Key Responsibilities
Community Inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of residential, commercial, and common areas within the community
- Identify violations related to community rules, property standards, landscaping, parking, waste management, and public safety
- Monitor community facilities, amenities, and infrastructure to ensure they are maintained to required standards
- Report defects, damages, and maintenance requirements to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with community management policies, municipal regulations, and environmental standards
- Inspect contractor activities to verify adherence to approved standards and safety requirements
- Document violations and initiate corrective action procedures
- Follow up on outstanding violations and ensure timely resolution
- Respond to resident complaints and service requests related to community conditions
- Provide guidance to residents and tenants regarding community regulations and standards
- Coordinate with property management teams, maintenance contractors, and external authorities when required
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, violations, and corrective actions
- Use inspection software, mobile applications, or property management systems to record observations and track resolutions
- Generate photographic evidence and detailed reports for management review
- Identify potential health and safety hazards within the community
- Ensure public areas are clean, safe, and accessible
- Monitor waste disposal practices and environmental compliance
- Report emergency situations and support incident investigations when necessary
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Health & Safety are an advantage
- 2-5 years of experience in community management, facilities management, property inspection, municipal inspection, or related fields
- Experience within residential communities, mixed-use developments, hospitality destinations, or real estate projects preferred
