المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق مبادرات منصة إدارة الأصول عبر الجهات المعنية والجداول الزمنية ومراحل التسليم
- تتبع حوكمة PMO وإعداد التقارير وإدارة المخاطر لتنفيذ المنصة
- دعم التخطيط متعدد التخصصات وتحديثات الحالة وتقارير التقدم التنفيذية
- مراقبة جداول المشاريع والتبعيات والتسليمات لمسارات عمل إدارة الأصول
- ضمان التوافق بين أنشطة إطلاق المنصة وأهداف البرنامج الأوسع
الشروط والمتطلبات
المؤهلات المطلوبة: خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 سنة، خبرة في دعم PMO لمنصات إدارة الأصول المؤسسية، خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع عبر الجداول الزمنية والمخاطر وتقارير الجهات المعنية والتبعيات متعددة التخصصات في برامج البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، إتقان أدوات تتبع المشاريع والحوكمة وإعداد التقارير بما في ذلك Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Project وPower BI وإعداد تقارير PMO باستخدام Excel، خبرة في تطبيق معايير حوكمة PMO ونموذج التسليم المرحلي (stage-gate). المؤهلات المفضلة: خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في PMO أو تنسيق المشاريع، درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الأعمال أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، خبرة مع Aconex وSAP EAM، خبرة العمل مع القيادة التنفيذية وفرق البرامج من جهة العميل وفرق الهندسة والجهات المعنية متعددة التخصصات.

You will contribute to the successful rollout of a platform that supports broader program objectives, working across teams to maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and key implementation milestones.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate asset management platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation
- Support cross-functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting
- Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams
- Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives
Required Qualifications
- With at least 15 years of experience in total.
- Experience supporting PMO delivery for enterprise asset management platforms
- Experience coordinating projects across timelines, risks, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional dependencies in large-scale infrastructure programs
- Proficiency with project tracking, governance, and performance reporting tools, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Excel-based PMO reporting
- Experience applying PMO governance standards and stage-gate delivery
- 5-8 years of PMO or project coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field
- Experience with Aconex and SAP EAM
- Experience working with executive leadership, client-side program teams, engineering teams, and cross-functional delivery stakeholders
