شركة Core Code io تبحث عن محلل ضمان جودة برمجيات (Software QA Analyst) للعمل في الرياض. الوظيفة تتطلب دقة عالية ومهارات تحليلية لاختبار تطبيقات البرمجيات وضمان مطابقتها للمتطلبات الوظيفية والتقنية والتجارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحليل متطلبات العمل وقصص المستخدمين والمواصفات الفنية لتحديد احتياجات الاختبار.
  • تطوير وصيانة خطط الاختبار وحالات الاختبار وسيناريوهات الاختبار ووثائق الاختبار.
  • تنفيذ الاختبارات اليدوية والآلية عبر تطبيقات وبيئات البرمجيات.
  • إجراء اختبارات وظيفية واختبارات انحدار وتكامل ونظام وقابلية استخدام واستكشافية.
  • تحديد وإعادة إنتاج وتوثيق وتتبع عيوب البرمجيات.
  • تحليل العيوب وتقديم معلومات مفصلة لدعم الحل الفعال.
  • إعادة اختبار المشكلات التي تم حلها وإجراء اختبارات الانحدار للتأكد من عدم ظهور عيوب جديدة.
  • التحقق من وظائف البرمجيات مقابل المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية.
  • التعاون مع المطورين ومديري المنتجات والمحللين التجاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين طوال دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
  • إجراء اختبارات عبر المتصفحات والمنصات والأجهزة عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنتائج الاختبار والعيوب وتغطية الاختبار وأنشطة ضمان الجودة.
  • مراقبة تقدم الاختبار وإبلاغ المخاطر والمشكلات والتوصيات المتعلقة بالجودة.
  • المشاركة في التحقق من صحة الإصدار وأنشطة الجاهزية للنشر.
  • دعم اختبار قبول المستخدم والتحقق من صحة الإنتاج عند الحاجة.
  • تحليل العيوب المتكررة وتحديد فرص تحسين جودة المنتج.
  • المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات ضمان الجودة ومعاييرها ووثائقها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بمنهجيات ضمان جودة البرمجيات واختبارها.
  • مهارات تحليلية ونقدية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
  • فهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC).
  • خبرة في إنشاء وتنفيذ حالات وسيناريوهات اختبار شاملة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في ضمان جودة البرمجيات أو اختبار البرمجيات أو تحليل ضمان الجودة أو دور مماثل.
  • خبرة في تحليل المتطلبات وتطوير حالات وسيناريوهات الاختبار.
  • خبرة عملية في الاختبار اليدوي للبرمجيات.
  • خبرة في تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع عيوب البرمجيات.
  • إلمام بأدوات مثل Jira أو Azure DevOps أو TestRail أو منصات مماثلة.
  • خبرة في إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية واختبارات الانحدار.
  • فهم عمليات تطوير البرمجيات وإصدارها.
  • خبرة في العمل مع تطبيقات الويب أو البرمجيات.
  • مهارات حاسوبية ورقمية قوية.
  • القدرة على إيصال النتائج الفنية بوضوح إلى أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع الحفاظ على الدقة والجودة.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Software QA Analyst to evaluate software applications and ensure they meet functional, technical, and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze requirements, design effective test scenarios, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
  • Execute manual and automated tests across software applications and environments.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
  • Analyze defects and provide detailed information to support efficient resolution.
  • Retest resolved issues and perform regression testing to ensure changes do not introduce new defects.
  • Validate software functionality against business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and device testing when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, test coverage, and QA activities.
  • Monitor testing progress and communicate quality risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Participate in release validation and deployment readiness activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing and production validation when required.
  • Analyze recurring defects and identify opportunities to improve product quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Experience performing functional and regression testing.
  • Understanding of software development and release processes.
  • Experience working with web or software applications.
  • Strong computer and digital skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
