شركة بارسونز تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس كهربائي (سعودي الجنسية) في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بمراقبة الأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV) والأنظمة المرتبطة بها لضمان الامتثال لوثائق العقد والرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات وإجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الأعمال الكهربائية للتحقق من الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد وإجراءات المشروع المعتمدة.
- مراجعة المقدمات الفنية الكهربائية وELV وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) والرسومات التنفيذية وعروض المواد وطرق التنفيذ.
- مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية وإعداد الردود الفنية والتوصيات.
- التنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة ما قبل التركيب والتركيب والاختبار والتشغيل.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني وتحديد الأعمال الكهربائية غير المطابقة أو غير المكتملة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومزودي الخدمات والتخصصات الأخرى لحل المشكلات الفنية والتداخلات.
- مراجعة مقترحات تغيير العقد المقدمة من المقاولين وتقديم توصيات فنية.
- دعم مراجعة المطالبات المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية المقدمة من المقاولين.
- مراجعة وثائق المشروع النهائية بما في ذلك الرسومات حسب التنفيذ وسجلات الاختبار وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة والضمانات.
- مراقبة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتغذية الكهربائية والتسليم للأنظمة الكهربائية وELV.
- التحقق من إنجاز الأعمال التصحيحية والمعلقة قبل الموافقة على التفتيش.
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش والمراسلات الفنية وتحديثات التقدم ووثائق الإنجاز.
- دعم إعداد حزم التسليم والتوقيع للأعمال الكهربائية المنجزة.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنشطة السلامة والجودة والبيئة في الأعمال الكهربائية.
- أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة بالمنصب حسب ما يلزم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معترف بها.
- الجنسية السعودية.
- خبرة ذات صلة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو تسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة في مراجعة المقدمات الفنية الكهربائية وELV والرسومات وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- فهم جيد للأنظمة الكهربائية ومتطلبات التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل وعمليات التسليم.
- معرفة باللوائح الكهربائية المطبقة والمواصفات ومتطلبات الجهات السعودية المختصة.
- القدرة على تحديد المشكلات الفنية وتقديم توصيات عملية.
- الكفاءة في استخدام AutoCAD وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على التنسيق الفعال مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارات هندسية أو استشارات إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المباني أو المشاريع التطويرية الكبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الإلمام بالأنظمة الكهربائية ذات الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط وأنظمة ELV وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) والإضاءة وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة الإنذار من الحريق والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
- معرفة بإجراءات التفتيش على الجودة والاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشاريع.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer - Saudi National to join our team! In this role, you will monitor electrical, ELV, and associated systems to ensure compliance with contract documents, approved drawings, specifications, project procedures, and applicable authority requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor electrical works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project procedures.
- Review electrical, ELV, ICT, and related technical submittals, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
- Review Requests for Information (RFIs) related to electrical works and prepare technical responses and recommendations.
- Coordinate and monitor pre-installation, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify nonconforming or incomplete electrical works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and relevant project disciplines to resolve technical and interface issues.
- Review contractor change-order proposals and provide technical recommendations.
- Support the review of contractor claims related to electrical works.
- Review project record documents, including as-built drawings, testing records, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, energization, and handover activities for electrical and ELV systems.
- Verify the completion of corrective and outstanding works before inspection approval.
- Prepare inspection reports, technical correspondence, progress updates, and completion documentation.
- Support the preparation of sign-off and handover packages for completed electrical works.
- Ensure electrical activities comply with project safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Saudi nationality.
- Relevant experience in electrical engineering, construction supervision, or project delivery.
- Experience reviewing electrical and ELV technical submittals, drawings, RFIs, and related documentation.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, installation requirements, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, specifications, and Saudi authority requirements.
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical recommendations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers. has context menu.
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy or project management consultancy environment.
- Experience delivering infrastructure, building, or major development projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with low-voltage, medium-voltage, ELV, ICT, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and associated electrical systems.
