المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تجربة فريدة لا تُنسى للضيوف تتجاوز مجرد تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة، وبناء تجربة مميزة طوال إقامتهم.
- أخذ زمام المبادرة لتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات التي ترشد الضيوف خلال إقامتهم بالكامل، والتنقل في المكان لإنجاز المهام المطلوبة.
- معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية، وتلبية طلبات الضيوف، وإعداد التقارير، ومشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، والحفاظ على السرية، وحماية أصول الشركة، ورفع معايير الجودة.
- الحفاظ على المظهر المهني والتواصل المهني، والوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة، وحمل ونقل الأشياء التي يصل وزنها إلى 10 أرطال دون مساعدة.
