تسعى شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) لتعيين مدير تصميم تقني (Technical Design Manager) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، سيقوم المرشح بتطوير وإدارة وتنسيق التصميم والتسليم الفني لحزم التصميم عبر مشاريع متعددة التخصصات، مع ضمان الجودة والامتثال والتسليم في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لتوقعات العملاء وأهداف المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتنسيق تنفيذ مخرجات التصميم عبر مشاريع متعددة.
  • الإشراف على إعداد التصاميم والوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك الرسومات والتقارير وحزم المناقصات.
  • دعم المدراء وغيرهم في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الموارد.
  • مراجعة واعتماد تقديرات ميزانية التوظيف وجداول تعيين الموظفين لكل مشروع، والحفاظ على مستوى التوظيف المناسب بما في ذلك الموظفين المؤقتين حسب الحاجة.
  • مراقبة جودة وتقدم التخصص في كل مشروع، وضمان تلبية متطلبات الإنتاج.
  • وضع معايير وإجراءات عمل للتخصص، والتوصية بتحسينات لإجراءات القسم.
  • توظيف وتقييم المرشحين المحتملين، وتقديم التطوير الوظيفي، وإجراء تقييمات الأداء، وتقديم المشورة للموظفين، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان حصول الموظفين الجدد على التوجيه بشأن سياسات وإجراءات الشركة، وضمان الأداء ضمن الميزانيات المعتمدة.

  • مراقبة تقدم وأداء فريق التصميم مقابل مقاييس الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة، والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان حلول تصميم متكاملة.
  • دعم حل التحديات الفنية أثناء تطوير التصميم لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
  • تعزيز سير العمل الهندسي الرقمي وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
  • المساهمة في تبادل المعرفة الداخلية والإرشاد وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات الموحدة.
  • حضور جميع اجتماعات التصميم للمساهمة بفاعلية واقتراح حلول تصميم فعالة والتحقق من محاضر الاجتماعات.
  • تقديم الحلول المقترحة عبر جميع التخصصات ذات الصلة لضمان التوافق والتكامل.
  • تسهيل التواصل الواضح والمتسق مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لجمع المعلومات اللازمة وضمان تنفيذ حلول تقنية قوية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • أكثر من 20 عامًا من الخبرة في التصميم، بما في ذلك 10 سنوات في أدوار التنسيق الفني لمشاريع البنية التحتية والمناظر الطبيعية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات في مشاريع كبيرة.
  • فهم قوي للكودات والمعايير والأطر التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
  • القدرة على إدارة حزم ووثائق تصميم متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات التصميم والتحكم في المستندات (مثل AutoCAD وRevit وBIM360 وغيرها).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الكبيرة في الشرق الأوسط.
  • معرفة عملية بأدوات ومنصات التصميم الرقمي مثل BIM وNavisworks أو ما شابه.
  • فهم ضوابط المشروع بما في ذلك التكامل بين التكلفة والمخاطر والجدول الزمني.
  • خبرة في العمل مع العملاء الحكوميين أو شبه الحكوميين.
  • الشهادات المهنية (مثل PMP وRICS وPE أو ما يعادلها) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • رخصة قيادة سعودية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to join our team! In this role, you will develop, manage and coordinate the design and technical delivery of design packages across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery in line with multiple Clients expectations and project goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and coordinating the execution of design deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Overseeing the preparation of designs, technical documentation including drawings, reports, and tender packages. Supporting Managers and others in developing and implementing resource plans.
  • Reviews and approves discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each project. Maintains appropriate staffing level, including temporary personnel, as needed.
  • Monitors the quality and progress of the discipline on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
  • Establishes standards and procedures manuals for the discipline and recommends improvements to department procedures. Recruits, interviews, and evaluates prospective employees, offers personnel development, conducts performance evaluations, counsels employees, takes corrective actions (as required).
  • Ensures that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures. Ensures performance within overhead budgets authorized for the discipline.
  • Actively participates in and promotes the Quality Improvement Program. May head a committee within the discipline, striving to motivate and educate the assigned personnel.
  • Participating in design reviews, value engineering workshops, technical and safety coordination meetings. Ensuring compliance of designs with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Monitoring progress and performance of the design team against schedule, cost, and quality metrics. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Supporting the resolution of technical challenges during design development to ensure targets are met.
  • Promoting digital engineering workflows and quality assurance processes.
  • Assisting with internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and development of standard policies and procedures. Performs any other responsibilities associated with the role
  • Attending all design meetings to actively contribute, propose effective design solutions, and validate the Minutes of Meetings.
  • Presenting proposed solutions across all relevant disciplines to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Facilitating clear and consistent communication with all Project Stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure the implementation of robust technical solutions.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or a related discipline.
  • Over 20 years of experience in design, including 10 years in technical coordination roles for site infrastructure and landscape projects.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams in large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple design packages and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficient in design and document control tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, etc.).


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working on infrastructure or large-scale projects in the Middle East.
  • Working knowledge of digital design tools and platforms such as BIM, Navisworks, or similar.
  • Understanding project controls including cost, risk, and schedule integration.
  • Experience working with government or semi-government clients.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, PE, or equivalent) would be an advantage.
  • KSA Driving License.
