شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، تبحث عن مهندس ضمان الجودة (QA Engineer) للعمل في منطقة الرياض ضمن مشاريع البناء والفنادق الكبرى.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مهندس ضمان الجودة مسؤولية تنفيذ ومراقبة وصيانة عمليات ضمان الجودة خلال مرحلة البناء لمشاريع المباني والفنادق الكبرى. يضمن أن أنشطة البناء والمواد والصنعة ومخرجات المشروع تتوافق مع متطلبات العقد ومواصفات المشروع وخطط الجودة المعتمدة والمعايير المعمول بها وتوقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ضمان الجودة: ضمان الامتثال لأهداف الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية وإجراءات إدارة الجودة المعتمدة. مراقبة أنشطة مراقبة الجودة للمقاولين والتحقق من فعالية عمليات ضمان الجودة. مراجعة وتقييم وثائق الجودة وسجلات التفتيش وتقارير الاختبار وموافقات المواد. تحديد مخاطر الجودة والتوصية بالإجراءات الوقائية لتجنب عيوب البناء وعدم المطابقات. دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز أداء جودة المشروع.

- إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية: مراجعة ومراقبة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في الوقت المناسب. التحقيق في مشكلات الجودة المتكررة والتوصية بالحلول المناسبة لمنع تكرارها. تتبع إغلاق ملاحظات الجودة والعيوب وبنود القائمة النهائية. التنسيق مع فرق المشروع للتحقق من فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية التي ينفذها المقاولون. الحفاظ على سجلات حوادث الجودة وتحليلات الأسباب الجذرية وإجراءات التحسين.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة: التواصل مع ممثلي العميل والمهندسين المقيمين والمقاولين والاستشاريين بشأن الأمور المتعلقة بالجودة. المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم وتقديم تحديثات حول أداء الجودة وحالة الامتثال. دعم المناقشات الفنية حول معايير الصنعة وجودة المواد وممارسات البناء. المساعدة في مبادرات التوعية بنظام إدارة الجودة وتدريب موظفي المشروع. تعزيز ثقافة التميز في الجودة عبر جميع أنشطة المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة.
- التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد تقارير الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية التي تلخص عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وعدم المطابقات واتجاهات الجودة. الاحتفاظ بسجلات شاملة لنتائج التفتيش ونتائج الاختبار والموافقات ووثائق الجودة. مراجعة تقارير الجودة الخاصة بالمقاولين والتحقق من دقة المعلومات المقدمة. تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لإدارة المشروع. ضمان التحكم المناسب وتحديث وأرشفة جميع وثائق الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في إدارة الجودة أو ضمان الجودة.
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي أو مدقق داخلي في ISO 9001 مرغوبة جدًا.
- يفضل العضوية في منظمة مهنية معترف بها في مجال الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة.
- الشهادات الإضافية المتعلقة بجودة البناء أو التفتيش أو إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في ضمان الجودة وإدارة الجودة ضمن مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مهام الإشراف الموقعي أو الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني الكبيرة ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة تدقيقات الجودة وعمليات التفتيش وبرامج الاختبار وأنشطة الامتثال للجودة.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، خاصة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

The QA Engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality assurance processes throughout the construction phase of major building and hospitality projects. The role ensures that construction activities, materials, workmanship, and project deliverables comply with contract requirements, project specifications, approved quality plans, applicable standards, and client expectations.
Your role
Quality Assurance Management
- Ensure compliance with project quality objectives, contractual requirements, and approved quality management procedures.
- Monitor contractor quality control activities and verify the effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
- Review and assess quality documentation, inspection records, test reports, and material approvals.
- Identify quality risks and proactively recommend preventive measures to avoid construction defects and non-conformities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance.
- Witness inspections, material testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
- Verify that construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Review submitted inspection requests and ensure timely completion and closure of quality-related inspections.
- Monitor compliance with international standards, industry best practices, and project-specific quality requirements.
- Ensure proper management of hold points, witness points, and inspection checkpoints throughout project execution.
- Review and monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate recurring quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Track closure of quality observations, defects, and punch list items.
- Coordinate with project teams to verify the effectiveness of corrective measures implemented by contractors.
- Maintain records of quality incidents, root cause analyses, and improvement actions.
- Liaise with Client representatives, Resident Engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality-related matters.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on project quality performance and compliance status.
- Support technical discussions concerning workmanship standards, material quality, and construction practices.
- Assist in Quality Management System awareness and training initiatives for project personnel.
- Promote a culture of quality excellence across all project activities and stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports summarizing inspections, audits, non-conformities, and quality trends.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, approvals, and quality documentation.
- Review contractor quality reports and verify the accuracy of submitted information.
- Track quality key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates to project management.
- Ensure all project quality documentation is properly controlled, updated, and archived.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001 is highly desirable.
- Membership in a recognized engineering or quality management professional organization is preferred.
- Additional certifications related to construction quality, inspection, or project management are advantageous.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in quality assurance and quality management within construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision consultancy or construction supervision assignments.
- Proven experience on large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in managing quality audits, inspections, testing programs, and quality compliance activities.
- Previous GCC experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, building systems, testing procedures, and inspection methodologies.
- Experience in quality auditing, documentation control, non-conformance management, and corrective action processes.
- Familiarity with local regulations, international standards, and construction quality best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, quality management software, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
