شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات الهندسية والخدمات النووية الرائدة عالمياً، تبحث عن مهندس إنشائي (Structural Engineer) للعمل في منطقة الرياض. سيكون المهندس مسؤولاً عن مراقبة والإشراف على أنشطة البناء الإنشائي لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية والكودات والمعايير المعمول بها، ودعم تسليم مشاريع بناء وفنادق ضخمة مع ضمان السلامة الإنشائية وجودة البناء والسلامة والالتزام بالمواعيد المخطط لها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأعمال الإنشائية بما في ذلك الأساسات والجدران الاستنادية وأعمال الخرسانة والهياكل المعدنية وأطر المباني.
- التحقق من أن أنشطة البناء تُنفَّذ وفقاً لمنهجيات البناء المعتمدة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- مراقبة أعمال الموقع لضمان مطابقة المشغولات للمواصفات ومعايير الصناعة.
- المعاينة والمشاركة في أنشطة الفحص والاختبار المتعلقة بالمواد الإنشائية والأعمال المنجزة.
- ضمان تحديد وحل مشاكل البناء الإنشائية في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية الإنشائية (shop drawings) ومقدمات المواد والاقتراحات الفنية للمقاولين من حيث مطابقتها للتصميم.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء ومساحي الكميات وفرق البناء لمعالجة تقاطعات التصميم والبناء.
- تقييم طلبات المعلومات والاستفسارات الفنية وتعديلات التصميم المقترحة المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
- دعم مراجعة وتقييم مقترحات هندسة القيمة التي تمس الأنظمة الإنشائية.
- تقديم التوصيات والحلول الفنية للتحديات الإنشائية في الموقع.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة البناء الإنشائية لخطط الجودة والمواصفات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- التحقق من جودة مواد البناء عبر مراجعة تقارير الفحص وسجلات الاختبار.
- مراقبة تنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار للأعمال الإنشائية.
- تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وإغلاقها بشكل صحيح.
- دعم تدقيقات الجودة ومراجعات الامتثال المتعلقة بأعمال البناء الإنشائية.
- إجراء تفقدات دورية للموقع لتقييم تقدم البناء وجودة المشغولات والامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة.
- مراقبة التزام المقاول بتسلسل العمل ومنهجيات البناء المعتمدة.
- التحقق من تركيب وتنفيذ العناصر الإنشائية قبل صب الخرسانة والأنشطة اللاحقة.
- ضمان دقة سجلات الموقع التي تعكس الأعمال الإنشائية المنجزة ونتائج التفقد.
- المساعدة في مراقبة جداول البناء والإبلاغ عن التقدم بمعالم المشروع.
- التواصل مع ممثلي العميل والمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق إدارة المشروع بخصوص المسائل الإنشائية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تقدم البناء واجتماعات التنسيق الفني.
- دعم حل المشاكل الإنشائية التي يثيرها المقاولون وأصحاب المصلحة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاختبار لضمان تحقيق متطلبات الامتثال.
- الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع جميع المشاركين في المشروع بخصوص تقدم الأعمال الإنشائية وأدائها.
- إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية عن تقدم البناء الإنشائي وأنشطة الامتثال.
- حفظ سجلات التفقد ونتائج الاختبار والملاحظات الميدانية والمراجعات الفنية.
- مراجعة تقارير المقاول والتحقق من دقة بيانات تقدم العمل وجودتها.
- توثيق تقارير عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية والتوصيات الفنية.
- ضمان أن جميع السجلات الهندسية الإنشائية محفوظة بشكل صحيح ومتاحة لمراجعات المشروع وتدقيقاته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تخصص في الهندسة الإنشائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- يُستحسن الحصول على تسجيل مهني في الهندسة أو اعتماد مهني معادل.
- يفضل عضوية مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها.
- الشهادات الإضافية المتعلقة بالتصميم الإنشائي أو الإشراف على البناء أو إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في الهندسة الإنشائية والإشراف على البناء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الإشراف على الموقع (site supervision consultancy) تتضمن تطويرات بناء رئيسية.
- خبرة مثبتة في المباني الكبيرة ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قوية في الخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل المعدنية والأساسات وأنظمة البناء الإنشائية.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، خاصة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and supervising structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable codes and standards. Construction Supervision
- Inspect structural works including foundations, retaining structures, concrete works, steel structures, and building frameworks.
- Verify that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved construction methodologies and quality requirements.
- Monitor site activities to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Witness inspections and testing activities related to structural materials and completed works.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of structural construction issues.
- Review structural shop drawings, material submissions, and contractor technical proposals for compliance with design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction teams to address design and construction interfaces.
- Evaluate requests for information, technical queries, and proposed design modifications related to structural works.
- Support review and assessment of value engineering proposals affecting structural systems.
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions to site-related structural challenges.
- Ensure structural construction activities comply with project quality plans, specifications, and approved procedures.
- Verify the quality of construction materials through review of test reports and inspection records.
- Monitor implementation of inspection and test plans for structural works.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented and properly closed out.
- Support quality audits and compliance reviews related to structural construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved designs.
- Monitor contractor adherence to approved work sequences and construction methodologies.
- Verify installation and execution of structural elements prior to concrete pours and subsequent construction activities.
- Ensure site records accurately reflect completed structural works and inspection outcomes.
- Assist in monitoring construction schedules and reporting progress against project milestones.
- Liaise with Client representatives, contractors, consultants, and project management teams on structural engineering matters.
- Participate in construction progress meetings and technical coordination meetings.
- Support the resolution of structural issues raised by contractors and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate inspections with quality, HSE, and testing teams to ensure compliance requirements are achieved.
- Maintain effective communication with all project participants regarding structural works progress and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on structural construction progress and compliance activities.
- Maintain records of inspections, testing results, site observations, and technical reviews.
- Review contractor reports and verify accuracy of structural work progress and quality data.
- Document non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and technical recommendations.
- Ensure all structural engineering records are properly maintained and available for project audits and reviews.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Professional Engineering registration or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
- Membership in a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
- Additional certifications related to structural design, construction supervision, or project management are advantageous.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in structural engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on site supervision consultancy projects involving major building developments.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, and building structural systems.
- Previous GCC experience, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building systems.
- Thorough understanding of international structural design codes, construction standards, and quality requirements.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, structural calculations, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of structural inspection procedures, testing requirements, and construction quality control practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software relevant to structural engineering.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
