تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis، الرائدة في مجال الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، إلى توظيف مهندس ميداني - مواد (Field Engineer - Materials) للإشراف على أنشطة المواد والاختبار والتفتيش والامتثال في مشروع إشراف على موقع رئيسي بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمواد ومراقبة الامتثال للمواصفات والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- مراجعة وتقييم مستندات المواد والبيانات الفنية والشهادات والضمانات.
- التحقق من مطابقة المواد الواردة للموقع للطلبات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية للتأكد من التخزين والمعالجة والحماية والاستخدام السليم للمواد.
- التنسيق والإشراف على أخذ العينات والاختبارات والتفتيش المخبري لمواد البناء.
- مراقبة اختبار الخرسانة والإسمنت والركام وحديد التسليح والصلب الإنشائي وأنظمة العزل المائي ومواد الواجهات والتشطيبات المعمارية ومواد MEP.
- مراجعة تقارير الاختبارات المخبرية وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير.
- التنسيق مع المختبرات المعتمدة وجهات التفتيش الخارجية للتحقق من المواد وامتثالها.
- مراقبة تنفيذ خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) المتعلقة بمواد البناء.
- ضمان تتبع المواد وحفظ سجلات الموافقات والتفتيش ونتائج الاختبارات.
- تحديد المواد غير المطابقة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- مراجعة إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للمقاولين المتعلقة بشراء المواد وتخزينها واختبارها وتركيبها.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية للمصانع والموردين عند الحاجة لتقييم جودة التصنيع والامتثال.
- دعم فرق ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في حل تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) المتعلقة بالمواد.
- التحقق من الامتثال للمعايير الدولية واللوائح السعودية والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإشراف المدني والإنشائي والمعماري والكهربائي والميكانيكي بشأن قبول المواد وملاحظات الجودة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية ومراجعات الجودة واجتماعات التقدم.
- المساعدة في تقييم بدائل المواد ومقترحات القيمة الهندسية.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وإزالة العيوب والتسليم من خلال ضمان اكتمال جميع سجلات المواد.
- إعداد تقارير تفتيش المواد وتقييمات الجودة وملخصات الاختبارات وتقارير الامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة المواد أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات شاملة في مجال هندسة المواد أو الاختبارات أو مراقبة الجودة أو الإشراف الإنشائي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مهندس مواد أو مفتش مواد في مشاريع بناء كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع واسعة النطاق مثل المباني ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات والأبراج التجارية أو مشاريع الضيافة.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات استشارات الإشراف على المواقع (Site Supervision Consultancy) أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
- سبق العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج العربي أمر مفضل بشدة.
- العضوية في مؤسسة هندسية مهنية معترف بها أمر مرغوب فيه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمواد البناء ومواصفاتها وإجراءات الاختبار ومعايير الجودة.
- خبرة في مراجعة مستندات المواد والمواصفات الفنية والتقارير المخبرية ووثائق الامتثال.
- إلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASTM، ACI، BS، ISO، EN والكودات واللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة.
- فهم متعمق لتقنية الخرسانة والصلب الإنشائي والتسليح وأنظمة العزل المائي والتشطيبات المعمارية ومواد البناء.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع المختبرات المعتمدة وجهات التفتيش الخارجية.
- معرفة بعمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- القدرة على تحديد عيوب المواد واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية عملية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتقنية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Your role
- Supervise and monitor all material-related activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved material submittals, and contractual requirements.
- Review and evaluate material submittals, technical data sheets, material certifications, warranties, and manufacturers' documentation.
- Verify that materials delivered to the site conform to approved submissions and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper storage, handling, protection, and usage of construction materials.
- Coordinate and witness sampling, testing, and laboratory inspections for construction materials.
- Monitor testing of concrete, cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, structural steel, waterproofing systems, façade materials, architectural finishes, and MEP-related materials.
- Review laboratory test reports and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with accredited laboratories and third-party testing agencies for material verification and compliance assessments.
- Monitor implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) related to construction materials.
- Ensure material traceability and maintain records of approvals, inspections, and testing results.
- Identify non-conforming materials and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Review contractor quality control procedures related to material procurement, storage, testing, and installation.
- Conduct factory visits and supplier inspections when required to assess manufacturing quality and compliance.
- Support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in resolving material-related NCRs and observations.
- Verify compliance with international standards, Saudi regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical supervision teams regarding material acceptance and quality concerns.
- Participate in technical meetings, quality reviews, and progress meetings.
- Assist in evaluating material substitutions and value engineering proposals.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities by ensuring all material records are complete and compliant.
- Prepare material inspection reports, quality assessments, testing summaries, and compliance reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience in material engineering, testing, quality control, or construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Materials Engineer or Materials Inspection role on major building projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, commercial towers, or hospitality projects.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, material specifications, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Experience reviewing material submittals, technical specifications, laboratory reports, and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with international standards such as ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, EN, and relevant Saudi codes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of concrete technology, structural steel, reinforcement, waterproofing systems, architectural finishes, and building materials.
- Experience coordinating with accredited testing laboratories and third-party inspection agencies.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality management systems.
- Ability to identify material deficiencies and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
