شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أنظمة ميكانيكية وكهربائية وصحية (MEP) في منطقة الرياض، للإشراف على أنشطة التركيبات والاختبار والتشغيل وضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى مهندس MEP مسؤولية الإشراف ومراقبة جميع أنشطة التركيبات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية في الموقع، وضمان الامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية والمعايير المطبقة.
- دعم تسليم المشاريع العقارية المعقدة من خلال ضمان تركيب أنظمة MEP واختبارها وتشغيلها وتسليمها وفقاً لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التركيبات: مراقبة تركيب أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، الأنظمة الكهربائية، شبكات السباكة، أنظمة مكافحة الحريق، أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV)، وخدمات المباني. التحقق من تنفيذ الأنشطة وفق المنهجيات والرسومات والمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة. إجراء تفتيشات دورية لضمان جودة التنفيذ والامتثال للمواصفات.
- المراجعة الفنية والتنسيق: مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية ومخططات التنسيق ومواد التوريد والمقترحات الفنية لأنظمة MEP. التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية والإنشائية والمدنية والتخصصية لحل مشكلات التداخل بين التصميم والتنفيذ. تقييم طلبات المعلومات والاستفسارات الفنية والتعديلات التصميمية المقترحة.
- ضمان الجودة والامتثال: التأكد من مطابقة جميع أعمال MEP لمواصفات المشروع وخطط الجودة والمعايير الصناعية. مراجعة تقارير التفتيش وسجلات الاختبار وتقارير التشغيل ووثائق الجودة. تحديد الأعمال غير المطابقة والتحقق من تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية. المشاركة في مراجعات الجودة والامتثال.
- الاختبار والتشغيل: مراقبة أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والاختبار والتشغيل والتحقق من الأداء لجميع أنظمة MEP. ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات الاختبار وفقاً لخطط التشغيل المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع. مراجعة وثائق الاختبار والتشغيل والتحقق من جاهزية الأنظمة. التنسيق لاختبار الأنظمة المتكاملة ودعم حل مشكلات التشغيل.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة: التواصل مع ممثلي العميل والمقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية وفريق المشروع في شؤون MEP. المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم واجتماعات التنسيق الفني والتفتيشات الميدانية. دعم التنسيق بين التخصصات لضمان سلاسة التنفيذ. التنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة والسلامة والاختبار والتشغيل.
- التقارير والتوثيق: إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية حول تقدم أعمال MEP والتفتيشات والاختبارات والامتثال. حفظ سجلات التفتيشات والموافقات ونتائج الاختبارات وأنشطة التشغيل والمراجعات الفنية. مراجعة تقارير تقدم المقاولين والتحقق من دقة حالة التركيبات المبلغ عنها. توثيق تقارير عدم المطابقة والملاحظات الميدانية والتعليقات الفنية والإجراءات التصحيحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية والإشراف على التركيبات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على مواقع ضمن مشاريع استشارية تتضمن تطوير مباني كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع مراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والمباني العالية.
- خبرة قوية في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، الأنظمة الكهربائية، السباكة، مكافحة الحريق، أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV)، وأنظمة إدارة المباني.
- خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية مرغوبة جداً.
- التسجيل المهني الهندسي أو ما يعادله مرغوب، وعضوية مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها مفضلة.

- مهارات فنية: معرفة قوية بمبادئ الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية وأنظمة خدمات المباني ومنهجيات التركيبات. فهم شامل للمعايير والكودات الدولية وأفضل الممارسات المطبقة على تركيبات MEP. خبرة في مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية والمقترحات الفنية وإجراءات الاختبار ووثائق التشغيل. معرفة بأنظمة المباني المتكاملة بما فيها HVAC والتوزيع الكهربائي والحماية من الحريق والسباكة وأنظمة ELV. إتقان تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس والبرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة بتصميم MEP والإشراف على التركيبات.

Your role
Construction Supervision
- Monitor installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing networks, firefighting systems, ELV systems, and building services.
- Verify that construction activities are executed according to approved methodologies, drawings, and engineering standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Witness testing activities and ensure MEP installations are completed in accordance with approved inspection and test plans.
- Identify construction deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project teams.
- Review MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals for compliance with design intent.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, and specialist engineering teams to resolve design and construction interface issues.
- Evaluate requests for information, technical queries, and proposed design modifications affecting MEP systems.
- Assist in reviewing value engineering proposals and alternative solutions related to building services systems.
- Provide technical recommendations and engineering support to address site-related challenges.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, approved quality plans, and applicable industry standards.
- Review inspection reports, testing records, commissioning reports, and quality documentation for MEP systems.
- Monitor implementation of inspection and test plans and ensure necessary approvals are obtained.
- Identify non-conforming works and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in quality audits and compliance reviews related to MEP construction activities.
- Monitor pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and performance verification activities for all MEP systems.
- Ensure testing procedures are carried out in accordance with approved commissioning plans and project requirements.
- Review testing and commissioning documentation and verify system readiness for operation.
- Coordinate integrated system testing and support resolution of commissioning-related issues.
- Assist in preparing snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities for MEP systems.
- Liaise with Client representatives, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams on MEP-related matters.
- Participate in progress meetings, technical coordination meetings, and site inspections.
- Support effective communication and coordination among project disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning teams to achieve project objectives.
- Assist project management in resolving technical issues impacting cost, schedule, quality, or functionality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on MEP progress, inspections, testing, and compliance activities.
- Maintain records of site inspections, approvals, testing results, commissioning activities, and technical reviews.
- Review contractor progress reports and verify the accuracy of reported MEP installation status.
- Document non-conformance reports, site observations, technical comments, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all MEP documentation is updated, maintained, and available for audits, reviews, and project closeout.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineering registration or equivalent accreditation is desirable.
- Membership in a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
- Additional certifications related to MEP systems, commissioning, or construction supervision are advantageous.
- Training in testing, commissioning, and building services coordination is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in MEP engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision consultancy projects involving large building developments.
- Proven experience in convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and high-rise building projects.
- Strong experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and building management systems.
- Previous GCC experience, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of MEP engineering principles, building services systems, and construction methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of international codes, standards, and best practices applicable to MEP installations.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, technical submissions, testing procedures, and commissioning documentation.
- Knowledge of integrated building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software relevant to MEP design and construction supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
