المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأعمال المدنية بما في ذلك الحفريات والطرق والأرصفة وشبكات الصرف والمرافق والأساسات والبنية التحتية الخارجية.
- التحقق من تنفيذ أنشطة التشييد وفقاً للمنهجيات المعتمدة والمعايير الهندسية.
- مراقبة جودة الصنعة والتأكد من استيفاء جميع الأعمال لمتطلبات الجودة والمواصفات.
- الإشراف على عمليات الفحص والاختبار المتعلقة بأعمال التشييد المدني والمواد.
- التأكد من تحديد العيوب في الوقت المناسب وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بفعالية.
- مراجعة المخططات التفصيلية ومقدمات المواد والمقترحات الفنية ومنهجيات التشييد المقدمة من المقاولين.
- التنسيق مع فرق الإنشاءات والتصميم المعماري والميكانيكي والكهربائي والتنسيق لحل مشكلات التداخل بين التصميم والتشييد.
- تقييم طلبات المعلومات والاستفسارات الفنية والتعديلات المقترحة التي تؤثر على الأعمال المدنية.
- دعم مراجعة مقترحات الهندسة القيمية والبدائل الإنشائية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية المدنية.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية والتوصيات لمواجهة تحديات التشييد وتحسين نتائج المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لخطط الجودة والمواصفات ومعايير التشييد المعتمدة.
- مراجعة نتائج اختبارات المختبر وسجلات الفحص والوثائق المتعلقة بالأعمال المدنية.
- مراقبة تنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار وضمان الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
- تحديد الأعمال غير المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية بفعالية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الجودة وفحوص الامتثال حسب متطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة لتقييم جودة العمل وتقدم التشييد والامتثال للمتطلبات.
- مراقبة موارد المقاول والإنتاجية والتقدم مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- التحقق من إنجاز الأعمال قبل الأنشطة اللاحقة للتشييد والفحص.
- تتبع معالم المشروع وإبراز أي تأخيرات أو قيود أو مخاطر محتملة لإدارة المشروع.
- ضمان دقة السجلات الميدانية في عكس حالة التشييد ونتائج الفحص.
- التواصل مع ممثلي العميل والمقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية وفرق المشروع بشأن المسائل الهندسية المدنية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات التنسيق الميداني.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات الميدانية وضمان التواصل الفعال بين جميع الأطراف.
- التنسيق بين أنشطة الفحص مع فرق الجودة والصحة والسلامة والمختبر والإشراف.
- دعم إدارة المشروع في تحقيق أهداف المشروع والحفاظ على رضا أصحاب المصلحة.
- إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية عن تقدم التشييد والفحص وأنشطة الامتثال.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش الميداني ونتائج الاختبار والموافقات والمراجعات الفنية والمراسلات.
- مراجعة تقارير المقاول والتحقق من دقة المعلومات المبلغ عنها عن التقدم والجودة.
- توثيق تقارير عدم المطابقة والملاحظات الميدانية والإجراءات التصحيحية والتوصيات الفنية.
- ضمان حفظ جميع وثائق المشروع بشكل صحيح وإتاحتها للمراجعات وفحوص المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة التشييد.
- يفضل الحصول على ترخيص مهندس محترف أو اعتماد مهني معادل.
- يفضل العضوية في مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها.
- الشهادات الإضافية المتعلقة بالإشراف على التشييد أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الجودة تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في الهندسة المدنية والإشراف على التشييد.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الإشراف الاستشاري الميداني التي تشمل تطويرات بناء رئيسية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني واسعة النطاق ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قوية في أعمال البنية التحتية المدنية بما في ذلك الطرق والصرف والمرافق والتسوية والأعمال الخارجية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، خاصة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards. Your role
Construction Supervision
- Inspect civil works including earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage systems, utilities, foundations, and external infrastructure.
- Verify construction activities are executed in accordance with approved methodologies and engineering standards.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all works meet project quality requirements and specifications.
- Witness inspections and testing activities related to civil construction works and materials.
- Ensure deficiencies are identified promptly and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, technical proposals, and construction methodologies submitted by contractors.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP, and landscape teams to resolve design and construction interface issues.
- Evaluate requests for information, technical queries, and proposed modifications impacting civil works.
- Support the review of value engineering proposals and construction alternatives related to civil infrastructure.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to address construction challenges and improve project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with approved project quality plans, specifications, and construction standards.
- Review laboratory test results, inspection records, and quality documentation related to civil works.
- Monitor implementation of inspection and test plans and ensure required approvals are obtained.
- Identify non-conforming works and ensure corrective and preventive measures are effectively implemented.
- Participate in quality audits and compliance reviews as required by the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, construction progress, and compliance with approved requirements.
- Monitor contractor resources, productivity, and progress against approved construction schedules.
- Verify completion of works prior to subsequent construction activities and inspections.
- Track project milestones and highlight delays, constraints, or potential risks to project management.
- Ensure site records accurately reflect construction status and inspection outcomes.
- Liaise with Client representatives, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams on civil engineering matters.
- Participate in progress meetings, technical workshops, and site coordination meetings.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Coordinate inspection activities with quality, HSE, laboratory, and supervision teams.
- Support project management in achieving project objectives and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on construction progress, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Maintain records of site inspections, testing results, approvals, technical reviews, and correspondence.
- Review contractor reports and verify the accuracy of reported progress and quality information.
- Document non-conformance reports, site observations, corrective actions, and technical recommendations.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and available for audits and project reviews.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
- Membership in a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
- Additional certifications related to construction supervision, project management, or quality management are advantageous.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on site supervision consultancy projects involving major building developments.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, grading, and external works.
- Previous GCC experience, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and infrastructure systems.
- Thorough understanding of international codes, construction standards, and project specifications.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, testing requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software relevant to civil engineering and construction supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and project deadlines.
