نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مهندس ميداني مدني ذي خبرة عالية وحافز للعمل للإشراف ومراقبة أنشطة البناء المدني لمشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض. سيعمل المهندس تحت توجيه المهندس المقيم ومدير الإنشاء لضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المدنية وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً رئيسياً في التفتيش الميداني ومراقبة التقدم والتنسيق الفني والتحقق من الجودة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبناء لتسهيل تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف ومراقبة أنشطة البناء المدني اليومية في الموقع لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة والتحقق من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المنهجيات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول وضمان تقدم أنشطة البناء وفق الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- مراجعة رسومات البناء والمستندات الفنية وتحديد التناقضات أو التعارضات لحلها.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والإنشائيين ومهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
- تفتيش أعمال الحفر والأساسات والخرسانة والعناصر الإنشائية والطرق والمرافق وأنظمة الصرف والأعمال الخارجية.
- مراجعة ومراقبة بيانات طرق العمل (method statements) وإجراءات العمل وطلبات التفتيش الخاصة بالمقاول.
- التحقق من تسليم المواد والتأكد من أن المواد المستخدمة في الموقع تتوافق مع المواصفات المعتمدة والإرساليات المادية.
- الإشراف على اختبارات الميدان والاختبارات المعملية وأنشطة التفتيش المتعلقة بالأعمال المدنية.
- ضمان التنفيذ السليم لإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
- تحديد مشكلات البناء وتقديم توصيات فنية لحلها في الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد تقارير المراقبة الميدانية وتقارير التفتيش وسجلات التقدم اليومية.
- المساعدة في مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات التغيير الميداني.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والإبلاغ عن الممارسات غير الآمنة.
- التحقق من الكميات والأعمال المنجزة لدعم تقارير التقدم وإصدار شهادات الدفع.
- التنسيق مع فرق المساحة لضمان ضبط المحاور ومحاذاة أنشطة البناء بشكل صحيح.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وجولات الموقع واجتماعات التنسيق الإنشائي.
- مراقبة أنشطة تصحيح العيوب (snagging/de-snagging) وقوائم النقاط المعلقة أثناء إغلاق المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية المدنية وأعمال المباني.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتفتيشات والتعليمات الميدانية ووثائق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في البناء المدني والإشراف الميداني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مهندس ميداني أو مهندس موقع في مشاريع بناء كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع كبيرة مثل المباني ومراكز المؤتمرات والتطويرات الفندقية والمنتجعات والمشاريع التجارية متعددة الاستخدامات.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات استشارات الإشراف الميداني أو الاستشارات الهندسية أو شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMC).
- الانتساب إلى مؤسسة هندسية مهنية معترف بها (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج العربي (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء المدني والمواد وإجراءات التفتيش.
- دراية بهياكل الخرسانة المسلحة والأساسات والطرق والمرافق وأنظمة الصرف والأعمال الخارجية.
- فهم جيد للمعايير الدولية للبناء والمواصفات والممارسات الهندسية.
- خبرة في مراجعة مخططات الورشة (shop drawings) وإرساليات المواد وبيانات طرق العمل.
- دراية بمتطلبات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) ومعايير جودة البناء.
- معرفة لوائح الصحة والسلامة المطبقة في مواقع البناء.
- القدرة على تحديد مشكلات البناء وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.
- مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وتطبيقات البرامج الهندسية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)، مع العلم أن مهارات اللغة العربية تعد ميزة إضافية.

The successful candidate will play a key role in site inspections, progress monitoring, technical coordination, quality verification, and resolving construction-related issues to facilitate successful project delivery.
Your role
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved methodologies and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure construction activities progress according to approved schedules.
- Review construction drawings and technical documents and identify discrepancies or conflicts for resolution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Inspect excavation, foundations, concrete works, structural elements, roads, utilities, drainage systems, and external works.
- Review and monitor contractor method statements, work procedures, and inspection requests.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure materials used on site comply with approved specifications and material submittals.
- Witness field testing, laboratory testing, and inspection activities related to civil works.
- Ensure proper implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Identify construction issues and provide technical recommendations for timely resolution.
- Prepare site observation reports, inspection reports, and daily progress records.
- Assist in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and field change requests.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements and report unsafe practices.
- Verify quantities and completed works to support progress reporting and payment certification.
- Coordinate with survey teams to ensure proper setting-out and alignment of construction activities.
- Participate in project meetings, site walks, and construction coordination meetings.
- Monitor snagging, de-snagging, and punch-list activities during project closeout.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities related to civil infrastructure and building works.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, site instructions, and project documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Field Engineer or Site Engineer role on large building projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale buildings, convention centers, hospitality developments, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or commercial projects.
- Experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, Engineering Consultancy, or PMC environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with reinforced concrete structures, foundations, roads, utilities, drainage, and external works.
- Good understanding of international construction codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Familiarity with QA/QC requirements and construction quality standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
- Ability to identify construction issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly desirable.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
