تسعى AtkinsRéalis، إحدى أبرز شركات الخدمات الهندسية والنووية عالمياً، إلى توظيف مدير تخطيط (Planning Manager) للعمل في منطقة الرياض ضمن مهام الإشراف على مشاريع بناء مرموقة. سيتولى المرشح قيادة أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير لضمان تسليم المشروع وفق الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة والأهداف التعاقدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة المشاريع.
- مراجعة وتقييم والتوصية بالموافقة على الجداول الزمنية الأساسية للمقاولين والجداول المنقحة وبرامج التعافي.
- تطوير وصيانة الجدول الرئيسي الشامل الذي يغطي التصميم والمشتريات والبناء والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع والتقدم مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة والمعالم التعاقدية.
- إجراء تحليل المسار الحرج وتحديد مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتأخيرات والاختناقات المحتملة.
- تحليل تقدم المقاولين والتحقق من التقدم المبلغ مقارنة بالإنجازات الفعلية في الموقع.
- تقييم خطط التخفيف والتعافي التي يقترحها المقاولون لمعالجة تأخيرات المشروع.
- إعداد وعرض تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية والتنفيذية مع إبراز أداء الجدول الزمني والمخاطر وتواريخ الإنجاز المتوقعة.
- قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة الجدول وورش التخطيط مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء والتجارية والإشراف لضمان توافق الجدول.
- مراجعة ومراقبة جداول المشتريات وجداول تسليم المواد وجداول اعتماد الجهات المختصة.
- تقييم تخصيص العمالة والمعدات والموارد لدى المقاولين مقابل متطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء تحليل الإنتاجية ومراقبة مؤشرات أداء البناء.
- صيانة وتحديث لوحات بيانات المشروع وأنظمة قياس التقدم وأدوات مراقبة المشروع.
- دعم الفرق التجارية في تقييم مطالبات تمديد الوقت وتحليل التأخير ومطالبات التعطيل.
- إجراء تحليل الجدول الزمني الجنائي وتقديم توصيات بشأن الأمور التعاقدية المتعلقة بالجدول.
- تحديد المخاطر والفرص المحتملة للمشروع ودعم صيانة سجل مخاطر المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات مراقبة المشاريع ومعايير التقارير ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراقبة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم لضمان إنجاز المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم المشورة الاستراتيجية لقادة المشروع حول تحسين الجدول وتحسينات تسليم المشروع.
- توجيه وإشراف مهندسي التخطيط وموظفي مراقبة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة مهنية مثل PMP أو PMI-SP أو AACE أو PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) أو ما يعادلها مرغوب بها بشدة.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة المشاريع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في دور مدير تخطيط في مشاريع بناء كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في المشاريع العقارية الضخمة مثل مرافق المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات أو مشاريع ضخمة مماثلة.
- خبرة واسعة ضمن بيئة الإشراف على المواقع (Site Supervision Consultancy) أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة متقدمة في استخدام Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Project وأدوات إعداد تقارير مراقبة المشاريع.
- فهم عميق لطريقة المسار الحرج (CPM) وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وتقنيات التنبؤ بالجداول الزمنية.
- خبرة عملية في تحليل التأخير وتقييم المطالبات وتقييم تمديد الوقت.
- معرفة جيدة بعقود FIDIC وإجراءات إدارة العقود الإنشائية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية في إعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعروض التقديمية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على تفسير المعلومات الفنية والتجارية والتعاقدية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات في المشروع.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Your role
- Lead and manage all planning, scheduling, and project controls activities for the project.
- Review, assess, and recommend approval of contractor baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery programs.
- Develop and maintain the overall master schedule incorporating design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project performance and progress against approved schedules and contractual milestones.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
- Analyze contractor progress and verify reported progress against actual site achievements.
- Evaluate mitigation and recovery plans proposed by contractors to address project delays.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports highlighting schedule performance, risks, and forecast completion dates.
- Lead schedule review meetings and planning workshops with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and supervision teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Review and monitor procurement schedules, material delivery schedules, and authority approval timelines.
- Assess contractor manpower, equipment, and resource allocations against project requirements.
- Perform productivity analysis and monitor construction performance indicators.
- Maintain and update project dashboards, progress measurement systems, and project control tools.
- Support commercial teams in the evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and disruption claims.
- Conduct forensic schedule analysis and provide recommendations on schedule-related contractual matters.
- Identify potential project risks and opportunities and support the maintenance of the project risk register.
- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, reporting standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide strategic advice to project leadership on schedule optimization and project delivery improvements.
- Mentor and supervise planning engineers and project control staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum 15+ years of total professional experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Planning Manager role on major building and construction projects.
- Proven experience in large-scale building developments, convention centers, hospitality projects, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or comparable mega-projects.
- Extensive experience within Site Supervision Consultancy, PMC, or Engineering Consultancy environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project control reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and schedule forecasting techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in delay analysis, claim assessment, and Extension of Time evaluation.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction contract administration processes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical, commercial, and contractual information to support project decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
