AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مدير BIM/GIS للعمل في منطقة الرياض، لقيادة تنفيذ وإدارة نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) خلال مرحلة الإشراف على إنشاء مشاريع المباني والفنادق الكبرى، مع ضمان التكامل الرقمي الفعال والامتثال للمعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل وأهداف المشروع.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاولين والاستشاريين لمعايير BIM وبروتوكولات تسليم المعلومات.
- قيادة جلسات مراجعة النماذج وضمان التنسيق متعدد التخصصات للنماذج المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والبنية التحتية.
- إنشاء إجراءات مراقبة جودة النماذج للحفاظ على دقة البيانات واتساقها.
- الإشراف على تحديثات النماذج وضمان إدراج التغييرات التصميمية المعتمدة والتعديلات الموقعية في الوقت المناسب.
- تطوير وصيانة قواعد بيانات GIS لدعم مراقبة المشروع والتخطيط وإدارة معلومات الأصول.
- دمج البيانات الجغرافية المكانية من المسوحات والتحقيقات الموقعية وشبكات المرافق وأصحاب المصلحة في منصات GIS.
- ضمان دقة البيانات المكانية واتساقها والامتثال لمتطلبات إدارة معلومات المشروع.
- دعم فرق الإشراف الموقعي والمشروع من خلال أدوات التحليل ورسم الخرائط والتقارير المعتمدة على GIS.
- إدارة منصات البيئة المشتركة للبيانات (CDE) والإشراف على عمليات التحكم في الوثائق والنماذج.
- مراقبة سير عمل تبادل المعلومات وضمان تسليم مخرجات BIM في الوقت المحدد من قبل المشاركين في المشروع.
- تنسيق المراجعات الرقمية لتحديد التعارضات ومخاوف قابلية التنفيذ والتناقضات في النماذج.
- ضمان امتثال مخرجات BIM وGIS لمواصفات المشروع والالتزامات التعاقدية والمعايير الصناعية.
- إجراء تدقيقات دورية لنماذج BIM وقواعد بيانات GIS وأنظمة إدارة المعلومات.
- مراقبة الالتزام بسير العمل المعتمد وأعراف التسمية ومعايير التصنيف وهياكل البيانات.
- التحقق من جودة واكتمال المخرجات الرقمية المقدمة قبل القبول.
- التنسيق مع ممثلي العميل والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمساحين وفرق إدارة المشروع بشأن قضايا BIM وGIS.
- تسهيل اجتماعات تنسيق BIM وورش العمل الفنية لمعالجة متطلبات إدارة معلومات المشروع.
- دعم الفرق متعددة التخصصات في حل تضاربات التنسيق وتحديات التسليم الرقمي.
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن تنفيذ BIM وأنشطة GIS وحالة تنسيق النماذج وأداء الامتثال.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مراجعات النماذج وتقارير كشف التعارضات والتدقيقات الرقمية وتقييمات إدارة المعلومات.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لـ BIM وGIS وإبلاغ التقدم للإدارة والعميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الجيوماتكس أو GIS أو المساحة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو GIS أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية في BIM أو GIS أو الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة المعلومات (مرغوب بشدة).
- شهادة في حلول Autodesk BIM أو منصات Esri GIS أو تقنيات مكافئة (يفضل).
- عضوية في منظمة مهنية معترف بها في الهندسة أو BIM أو GIS (مفيدة).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في BIM أو GIS أو الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة المعلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة وظائف BIM وGIS في مشاريع إنشاءات كبرى أو استشارات الإشراف الموقعي.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المباني الكبيرة ومراكز المؤتمرات والفنادق والمنتجعات والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة سابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، خاصة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية (مرغوب بشدة).

- معرفة قوية بمعايير BIM ومبادئ إدارة المعلومات ومنهجيات التسليم الرقمي للمشاريع.
- خبرة واسعة في Autodesk Revit وNavisworks وBIM 360 وAutodesk Construction Cloud وArcGIS والمنصات ذات الصلة.
- فهم شامل لتنسيق النماذج وكشف التعارضات والتخطيط رباعي الأبعاد (4D) وإدارة معلومات الأصول الرقمية.
- خبرة في تطوير قواعد بيانات GIS والتحليل المكاني ودمج البيانات الجغرافية المكانية وتطبيقات الخرائط.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office ومنصات التقارير وأنظمة التعاون في المشاريع.

The BIM/GIS Manager will lead the implementation, management, and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) throughout the construction supervision phase of major building and hospitality developments. The role is responsible for ensuring effective digital project delivery, model coordination, information management, spatial data integration, and compliance with project BIM and GIS standards to support efficient decision-making and project execution.
Your role
BIM Management
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with client requirements and project objectives.
- Monitor contractor and consultant compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and information delivery requirements.
- Lead model review sessions and ensure multidisciplinary coordination of architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure models.
- Establish model quality control procedures to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Oversee model updates and ensure timely incorporation of approved design changes and site modifications.
- Develop and maintain GIS databases to support project monitoring, planning, and asset information management.
- Integrate geospatial data from surveys, site investigations, utility networks, and project stakeholders into project GIS platforms.
- Ensure spatial data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project information management requirements.
- Support site supervision and project teams through GIS-based analysis, mapping, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of project geospatial records for future operations and asset management.
- Establish project-wide information management procedures to ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and oversee document and model control processes.
- Monitor information exchange workflows and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables by project participants.
- Coordinate digital reviews to identify clashes, constructability concerns, and model discrepancies.
- Support project teams in utilizing digital technologies to improve project efficiency and communication.
- Ensure BIM and GIS deliverables comply with project specifications, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models, GIS databases, and information management systems.
- Monitor adherence to approved project workflows, naming conventions, classification standards, and data structures.
- Verify the quality and completeness of submitted digital deliverables before acceptance.
- Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions with project stakeholders.
- Liaise with Client representatives, consultants, contractors, surveyors, and project management teams on BIM and GIS matters.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops to address project information management requirements.
- Support multidisciplinary teams in resolving coordination conflicts and digital delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with project controls, engineering, construction, and asset management teams to enhance project reporting capabilities.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to BIM coordinators, GIS specialists, and project personnel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on BIM implementation, GIS activities, model coordination status, and compliance performance.
- Maintain records of model reviews, clash detection reports, digital audits, and information management assessments.
- Monitor BIM and GIS key performance indicators and communicate progress to project management and clients.
- Review contractor BIM and GIS reports and verify the accuracy of submitted information.
- Ensure all digital project records are properly maintained and archived in accordance with project requirements.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Geomatics, GIS, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in BIM Management, Digital Engineering, GIS, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in BIM, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Information Management is highly desirable.
- Certification in Autodesk BIM solutions, Esri GIS platforms, or equivalent technologies is preferred.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering, BIM, or GIS organization is advantageous.
- Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in BIM, GIS, digital engineering, or information management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing BIM and GIS functions on major construction or site supervision consultancy projects.
- Proven experience on large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrated experience in model coordination, Common Data Environment management, and digital project delivery.
- Previous GCC experience, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management principles, and digital project delivery methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ArcGIS, and related platforms.
- Thorough understanding of model coordination, clash detection, 4D planning, and digital asset information management.
- Experience in GIS database development, spatial analysis, geospatial data integration, and mapping applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, reporting platforms, and project collaboration systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment.
