نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن في Sofitel الرياض ملتزمون بتقديم تجربة خمس نجوم راقية. نبحث عن باريستا متحمس ويهتم بالتفاصيل لتقديم خدمة استثنائية وإعداد مشروبات متخصصة عالية الجودة. ستعمل ضمن فريق تعاوني، حيث يساهم شغفك بتميز القهوة واهتمامك الحقيقي بالضيوف في خلق لحظات لا تُنسى لكل ضيف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف وإطلاعهم على العروض الخاصة أو المنتجات الجديدة والإجابة عن استفساراتهم وقبول الطلبات والمدفوعات.
- تعزيز استهلاك القهوة من خلال تثقيف العملاء وبيع القهوة ومعدات الطحن والتحضير والملحقات والمستلزمات وإعداد وتقديم مشروبات القهوة المتنوعة إلى جانب المعجنات.
- بيع القهوة ومعدات الطحن والتحضير بشرح الفروق بين حبوب البن وآلات التحضير وتوضيح طريقة تشغيل المعدات.
- تحضير وبيع مشروبات القهوة باتباع الوصفات وتقنيات التحضير المقررة لمشروبات مثل الإسبرسو واللاتيه والكابتشينو.
- زيادة الإيرادات من خلال جذب عملاء جدد وتحديد خدمات ومنتجات جديدة وموسعة.
- الحفاظ على المخزون من خلال تعويض مخزون حبوب البن وتخزين معدات تحضير القهوة والحفاظ على مستلزمات البار والمعجنات والبسكويت.
- الحفاظ على تشغيل المعدات باتباع تعليمات التشغيل واستكشاف الأعطال وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية وطلب الإصلاح عند الحاجة.
- المحافظة على بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية باتباع معايير المنظمة ولوائح الصحة العامة.
- تحسين جودة النتائج من خلال دراسة وتقييم وإعادة تصميم العمليات وتنفيذ التغييرات والحفاظ على مظهر المتجر وبار القهوة وتحسينه.
- التعرف على طرق التخمير ومزج المشروبات وإعداد الطعام وتقنيات التقديم لتحسين جودة الطعام.
- الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة تناول الطعام وتعقيم الطاولات والكراسي وكنس الفتات عن الأرض.
- الالتزام بجميع لوائح سلامة الغذاء وضوابط الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأطعمة والمشروبات و/أو التجزئة خلال السنتين الماضيتين.
- خبرة مثبتة كباريستا مع مهارة واضحة في تحضير القهوة المتخصصة.
- إتقان استخدام آلات الإسبرسو والمطاحن ومعدات الكافيه الأخرى.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع النقود وخبرة في أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع توجيه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع الحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- قدرة بدنية على الوقوف لفترات طويلة وأداء مهام متكررة.
- معرفة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة.
- المرونة للعمل في نوبات متغيرة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- خبرة في بيئة الضيافة الفاخرة أو الكافيهات الراقية (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة لغات متعددة وخاصة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في إدارة المخزون وتدوير المخزون (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بفن اللاتيه وتقنيات التقديم المتقدمة للقهوة (ميزة إضافية).

Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Welcoming guests, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries.
- Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
- Maintain a clean dining area, sanitizing tables and chairs, and sweeping crumbs off of the floor
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage and/or retail experience within the last 2 years
- Proven barista experience with demonstrated expertise in specialty coffee preparation
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale café environment
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Arabic language skills
- Experience with inventory management and stock rotation
- Knowledge of latte art and advanced coffee presentation techniques
- Previous experience working in diverse, multicultural team environments
