تعلن شركة SYSTRA، إحدى الشركات الهندسية والاستشارية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال النقل العام والتنقل المستدام، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس اتصالات (نظم) - (سعودي الجنسية) في مدينة الرياض. سيتولى المرشح مهام مراجعة تصاميم أنظمة الاتصالات التشغيلية للسكك الحديدية لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق مع التخصصات الفنية الداخلية والخارجية لضمان التكامل الناجح لأنظمة الاتصالات ضمن التصميم العام للمشروع.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة الموكلة مع المقاولين ومزودي الخدمات والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
  • التحقيق في المشكلات الميدانية التي تؤثر على مالكي العقارات والمقاولين وعمليات الصيانة الناتجة عن أنشطة نقل الاتصالات والمرافق.
  • مراجعة واعتماد خطط نقل شبكات الاتصالات المقدمة من مقاولي التصميم والبناء.
  • مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات تصميم الاتصالات، بما في ذلك المواصفات والتقارير والجداول والرسومات والمخططات الفنية.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من طلبات المعدات والمواد التفصيلية المقدمة من المقاولين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق الداخلية والخارجية واجتماعات تقدم العمل وورش مراجعة التصميم.
  • دعم حل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة الاتصالات التشغيلية والواجهات.
  • مراقبة تقدم التصميم وتقديم التوصيات لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة أو دبلوم أو مؤهل مهني في تخصص الاتصالات، أو الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو هندسة الاتصالات، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة وتصميم الاتصالات.
  • الجنسية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة قوية في تصميم أنظمة SCADA التي تتفاعل مع عمليات السكك الحديدية.
  • معرفة واسعة بأنظمة الاتصالات بما في ذلك الهاتف، وأنظمة الإرسال، و FTN/GSM-R، والبنية التحتية لكابلات النحاس والألياف الضوئية.
  • خبرة قوية في أنظمة الاتصالات التشغيلية وأنظمة المعلومات والمراقبة في المحطات.
  • خبرة في تصميم الشبكات المعتمدة على IP والتي تدعم تقنيات MPLS و VoIP.
  • مهارات قوية في المراجعة الفنية والتنسيق وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.

Context

SYSTRA is looking for an amazingly talented Telecom Engineer (System)(Saudi National) to perform design reviews for railway operational telecommunications systems to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Coordinate with internal and external technical disciplines to ensure successful integration of telecommunications systems within the overall project design.
  • Coordinate assigned activities with contractors, utility providers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Investigate field issues affecting property owners, contractors, and maintenance operations resulting from telecommunications and utility relocation activities.
  • Review and approve telecommunications network relocation plans submitted by Design-Build contractors.
  • Review and approve telecommunications design deliverables, including specifications, reports, schedules, drawings, and technical schematics.
  • Review and verify detailed equipment and material requisitions proposed by contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external coordination meetings, progress meetings, and design review workshops.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues related to operational telecommunications systems and interfaces.
  • Monitor design progress and provide recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

Profile/Skills

  • Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications engineering and design.
  • Strong experience in the design of SCADA systems that interface with railway operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems, including telephony, transmission systems, FTN/GSM-R, and copper and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with Operational Telecommunications Systems and Station Information and Surveillance Systems.
  • Experience designing IP-based networks supporting MPLS and VoIP technologies.
  • Strong technical review, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
