تعلن شركة SYSTRA، إحدى المجموعات الهندسية والاستشارية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال النقل العام والتنقل المستدام، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC Specialist) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل أخصائي ضمان ومراقبة الجودة على دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة (QA) ومراقبة الجودة (QC) في المجالات الوظيفية المحددة ضمن مشروع السكك الحديدية/المترو، لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات العميل والعقد. سيكون المسمى الوظيفي تابعاً لمدير ضمان ومراقبة الجودة، وسيتفاعل بانتظام مع ممثلين من مجموعات وظيفية مختلفة، بما في ذلك إدارة البرامج والهندسة والتشييد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إيقاف العمل فوراً في حال رصد أي خرق خطير لمعايير الصحة أو السلامة أو البيئة.
- إجراء التدقيق للتأكد من اتباع الخطط والإجراءات، وإنتاج الأدلة الوثائقية والحفاظ عليها (مستحب، وليس أساسياً).
- التنسيق مع طاقم التشييد، والتخطيط المسبق لأي أنشطة فحص واختبار ضرورية.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لخطط وإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة التابعة للمقاول، وذلك من خلال المراقبة الدقيقة للأعمال.
- الإشراف على مفتشي مراقبة الجودة التابعين للمقاولين (DB)، والتعاون معهم.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية للتحقق البصري من الالتزام بالإجراءات، وجمع الملاحظات من تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) ومن اجتماعات التقدم، والإبلاغ الفردي عن المخاوف من القوى العاملة والمشرفين والإدارة.
- ضمان إنتاج سجلات الجودة حسب البناء (As-Built) وفقاً لنقاط التفتيش (ITPs).
- مراقبة محتوى نقاط التفتيش (ITPs) وتجميع السجلات المطلوبة المتعلقة بمواصفات المواد والتفاوتات والمعايير وشهادات الامتثال وإمكانية التتبع واستخدامها في تحقيق المنتج.
- مراقبة درجات الحرارة حيثما ينطبق، وأخذ العينات في الوقت المناسب، ومعالجتها ومعالجتها وتخزينها واختبارها.
- التأكد من وجود نقاط التفتيش المعتمدة للاستخدام (ITPs) في مكان العمل قبل وأثناء بدء أنشطة العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال لضمان ومراقبة الجودة في الموقع من خلال المراقبة الميدانية أو عبر تقارير مفتشي مراقبة الجودة، والتقارير البصرية والملاحظات والكتابية.
- تخطيط أنشطة التفتيش والمراقبة اليومية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الثقيلة أو الهندسة المدنية أو مشاريع السكك الحديدية والمترو.
- معرفة بمبادئ وأدوات وتقنيات ضمان ومراقبة الجودة، ويفضل الحصول على مؤهل في الجودة أو عضوية في هيئة مهنية معنية بالجودة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو الهندسة المدنية أو السكك الحديدية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة.

Missions/Main Duties
- To STOP the work, in the event of identifying any activity where serious breach of Health, Safety or Environmental standard is witnessed.
- To conduct audits to verify that plans & procedures are being followed, and documentary evidence is produced and maintained (Desirable, non-essential)
- To coordinate with the construction staff. Plan in advance any necessary inspections and testing activities.
- In respect to the adherence to the Contractors Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans & Procedures by the Contractors their Sub - Contractors and their Suppliers in the first instance by closely monitoring the works.
- Maintain surveillance of DB Contractors QC Inspectors, collaborate with Inspectors.
- Site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence, feedback from NCR’s and feedback from progress meetings and individual reporting of concerns from general workforce, Supervisors and Management.
- Ensure As-Built Quality Records are produced in respect to the ITPs.
- Surveillance of ITP content and the required compilation of records referenced within in respect to materials specifications, tolerances, standards, there certification to compliance, their traceability and their use in the realisation of the product.
- Temperatures where applicable, the timely taking of samples, their handling, curing, storage and testing.
- The existence of authorised for use ITPs at the workplace, beforeduring the start of works activities.
- Ensure site QA/QC compliance through on site surveillance or via QC Inspector reporting. Visual, Feedback and written reporting.
- To plan daily inspection activities and surveillances.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with experience gained within heavy infrastructure, civil engineering, or rail & metro projects.
- Knowledge of QAQC principles tools & techniques, ideally a quality qualification, or membership of a professional quality body.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in quality assurance and quality control on either infrastructure, civil engineering or rail projects
- Excellent English language, verbal, reading and writing skills
