تعلن شركة Alturki Holding (موساندة) عن توفر وظيفة قائد فريق تقنية المعلومات (IT Team Lead) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى قائد فريق تقنية المعلومات مسؤولية البنية التحتية السحابية ونقاط النهاية والهوية والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في جميع كيانات الشركة، ويقود فريق دعم تقنية المعلومات مباشرة. يجمع الدور بين هندسة السحابة العملية والقيادة، ويدفع المبادرات الإستراتيجية التي تبني القدرات التنظيمية وتدعم نمو الأعمال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة البنية السحابية للمؤسسة بما في ذلك تصميم المستأجرين، إدارة الهوية، حوكمة الوصول والتراخيص عبر جميع كيانات الأعمال.
  • قيادة مبادرات الأمن السيبراني والامتثال، بما في ذلك أدوات الأمن والمراقبة، لتعزيز المرونة التقنية والوفاء بالمعايير التنظيمية.
  • إدارة وصول مستخدمي ERP وأدوار الأمان والتراخيص، ودعم نشر الأنظمة عبر الوحدات الوظيفية.
  • تصميم وصيانة بنية الشبكة والبنية التحتية للاستضافة لدعم أنظمة الأعمال الجديدة والمبادرات الرقمية.
  • قيادة فريق دعم تقنية المعلومات من حيث عبء العمل وقوائم التذاكر والأداء، والعمل كنقطة تصعيد فنية للبنية التحتية والأنظمة والأمن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو هندسة السحابة، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور قيادي.
  • شهادة Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) إلزامية. شهادة Microsoft 365 أو أمن (مثل SC-300) مفضلة.
  • خبرة في إدارة أنظمة ERP واستخدام أدوات SIEM و EDR للأمن. خبرة في إدارة المرافق أو العمليات متعددة المواقع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية، تفكير استراتيجي، وقدرة على حل المشكلات.

Role & Responsibilities

The IT Team Lead owns the organisation's cloud architecture, endpoint, identity and IT infrastructure across all business entities, and directly leads the IT Support team. The role combines hands-on cloud engineering with people leadership, driving strategic IT initiatives that build organisational capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the organisation's cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance and licensing across all business entities.
  • Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring, to strengthen IT resilience and meet regulatory standards.
  • Administer ERP user access, security roles and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
  • Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure to support new business systems and digital initiatives.
  • Lead the IT Support team's workload, ticket queues and performance, and act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems and security.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is required. A Microsoft 365 or security certification (e.g. SC-300) is preferred.
  • Experience administering ERP systems and using SIEM and EDR security tools. Experience in facilities management or other multi-site operations is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills,
