شركة Alcon، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في مجال العناية بالعيون، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تطبيقات سريرية في طب العيون (Clinical Applications Specialist - Ophthalmology) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على تدريب الكوادر الطبية وضمان الاستخدام الآمن والفعال لمنتجات Alcon في المستشفيات والعيادات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التدريب والدعم الفني والسريري المستمر (في الموقع أو عن بُعد) للجراحين وطاقم غرفة العمليات حول الاستخدام المعتمد لمنتجات Alcon الجراحية للعيون (المياه البيضاء والانكسارية).
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء من خلال توفير معلومات علمية وتقنية دقيقة تتعلق بالاستخدام المعتمد لأجهزة Alcon، وإحالة الأسئلة المتعلقة بالاستخدام غير المعتمد وفق البروتوكول.
- ضمان نجاح تنفيذ ترقيات الأجهزة والبرامج في المواقع السريرية، ودعم التركيبات الجديدة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بالتعاون مع مهندسي الخدمة الميدانية.
- توثيق كل زيارة ميدانية بوضوح ودقة باستخدام أدوات التقارير الموحدة، والإبلاغ عن جميع الأحداث السلبية ونقص الأجهزة إلى قسم السلامة الطبية وفق إجراءات الشركة.
- التعاون مع إدارة التطبيقات السريرية والسلامة الطبية لتحليل الأسباب الجذرية للأحداث السلبية وتقديم ملاحظات الأطباء عند الطلب، والاستجابة لطلبات المعلومات المتعلقة بالأجهزة غير المطلوبة وفق السياسات وإرشادات الامتثال.
- المشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية والزمالات والمؤتمرات والمعارض والندوات والمختبرات الرطبة حسب التكليف، والمساعدة في العروض التوضيحية للمنتجات في المؤتمرات، والحفاظ على الشهادات السريرية المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية فقط.
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى؛ يُفضل التعليم العالي في مجال ذي صلة بالرعاية الصحية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة سريرية أو في مجال الأجهزة الطبية.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 50% محليًا ودوليًا لدعم التدريب واحتياجات العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- خلفية سريرية قوية في طب العيون مع رغبة واضحة في التعلم المستمر والتطور.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين، مع نهج استباقي وإيجابي في مواجهة التحديات والعمل الجماعي.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Provide technical and clinical training, education, and continuous on-site or remote support to surgeons and OR staff on the approved use of Alcon’s Cataract and Refractive Surgical Device products
- Respond to customer inquiries by delivering accurate scientific and technical information related to the approved use of Alcon devices; refer any questions regarding unapproved use as per protocol
- Ensure successful implementation of equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites, and support new installations and troubleshooting in collaboration with Field Service Engineers
- Document each site visit clearly and accurately using standardized reporting tools; report all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with Clinical Applications management and Medical Safety for root cause analysis of adverse events and to provide physician feedback when requested; respond to unsolicited device-related information requests per SOPs and compliance guidelines
- Participate in medical congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, and wet-labs as assigned; assist with product demonstrations at conventions and maintain required clinical certifications to fulfill responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education in a healthcare-related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a clinical or medical device setting
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic, including written and verbal communication
- Solid clinical background in ophthalmology, with a demonstrated eagerness to continuously learn and develop
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges and collaboration
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support training and business needs.
