في شركة Alcon، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال العناية بالعيون، نبحث عن Senior Associate للوجستيات وإدارة الشحن (Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستدعم أنشطة النقل، الامتثال الجمركي، والتوزيع في المركز التوزيعي السعودي لشركة Alcon. ستقوم بتنسيق الشحنات الواردة والصادرة، عمليات التخليص الجمركي، التعامل مع مزودي الخدمات اللوجستية، وعمليات التوزيع لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع اللوائح في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. كما ستساهم في مشاريع النقل في منطقة GEM (بشكل أساسي الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة النقل الداخلي والخارجي ومتابعة تنفيذ الشحنات.
- إدارة مستندات التخليص الجمركي والعمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية مع السلطات الجمركية باستخدام أنظمة FASAH/ZATCA.
- التنسيق مع وكلاء الشحن، وسطاء الجمارك، شركات النقل، وفرق المستودعات لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- دعم عمليات شحن NUPCO بما في ذلك حجوزات ASN وإدارة استلام البضائع.
- تتبع عمليات التسليم وحل المشكلات اللوجستية وإدارة متطلبات التوزيع الخاصة بالعملاء.
- مراجعة فواتير الشحن والتحقق من التكاليف ومتابعة أي تباينات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح GxP وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ومعايير الجودة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات، النقل، الشحن، التخليص الجمركي، أو عمليات سلسلة التوريد.
- معرفة بإجراءات الجمارك السعودية ووثائق الاستيراد/التصدير.
- خبرة في التعامل مع وكلاء الشحن، وسطاء الجمارك، ومزودي الخدمات اللوجستية.
- إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بأنظمة FASAH/ZATCA.
- مهارات تنظيمية، تواصل، وحل مشكلات قوية.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.

The Opportunity

The Opportunity
As a Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management, you will support transportation, customs compliance, and distribution activities for Alcon's Saudi Distribution Center. You will also support transportation projects across GEM region (mainly Middle East, North Africa).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities and monitor shipment execution.
- Manage customs clearance documentation and act as the key contact with customs authorities using FASAH/ZATCA.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Support NUPCO shipment processes, including ASN bookings and Goods Receipt Management.
- Track deliveries, resolve logistics issues, and manage customer-specific distribution requirements.
- Review freight invoices, validate costs, and follow up on discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and import/export documentation.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Familiarity with FASAH/ZATCA systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
