تعلن شركة SYSTRA، إحدى المجموعات الهندسية والاستشارية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال النقل العام والتنقل المستدام، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي BIM (مترو) للانضمام إلى فريق استشاري إدارة المشاريع (PMC) لمشروع نقل مهم في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي BIM يتمتع بخبرة قوية في بيئات المحطات، بما في ذلك مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو المطارات، ليلعب دوراً رئيسياً في دعم تطبيق BIM والتنسيق والامتثال عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وإدارة نماذج BIM المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومعاييره.
- تنسيق النماذج متعددة التخصصات لتحديد التعارضات والتناقضات ومشكلات واجهات التصميم.
- ضمان توافق مخرجات BIM مع معالم المشروع ومتطلبات العميل واحتياجات تقارير PMC.
- المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة وتطبيق معايير BIM والبروتوكولات وسير العمل.
- إجراء مراجعات النماذج وفحوصات الجودة للتأكد من الدقة والاكتمال وهيكل المعلومات السليم.
- دعم فرق المشروع في تجميع النماذج والتحقق من البيانات وعمليات التنسيق الرقمي.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التصميم والتنسيق وتقديم مدخلات تقنية وتوصيات متعلقة بـ BIM.
- تتبع مشكلات BIM ومتابعتها مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد تقارير ولوحات بيانات وعروض تقديمية خاصة بـ BIM للاجتماعات الداخلية ولقاءات العملاء.
- التواصل مع فرق المشروع لضمان الاستخدام السليم لمنصات بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) وإجراءات إدارة الوثائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال BIM.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المحطات مثل السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو المطارات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في بيئة PMC أو الإشراف والإدارة من جانب العميل.
- يفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة في مشاريع المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لمعايير BIM وعمليات تنسيق المشروع وإجراءات مراجعة النماذج.
- إتقان أدوات BIM والتنسيق ذات الصلة مثل Revit وNavisworks وAutoCAD ومنصات CDE.
- القدرة على مراجعة النماذج متعددة التخصصات وتحديد مشكلات التنسيق بفعالية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الإقليمية والدولية لـ BIM (ميزة إضافية).

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team for an important transportation project here in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stations environments, including rail, metro, or airport projects, and will play a key role in supporting BIM implementation, coordination, and compliance across multidisciplinary teams.

The BIM Specialist will support the development, management, and coordination of Building Information Modeling processes throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM standards, data quality, and coordination requirements are achieved in line with PMC objectives.

- Review and manage BIM models submitted by consultants and contractors for compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models to identify clashes, inconsistencies, and design interface issues.
- Ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with project milestones, client requirements, and PMC reporting needs.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Conduct model audits and quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and proper information structure.
- Support project teams with model federation, data validation, and digital coordination processes.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings, providing technical BIM input and recommendations.
- Track BIM-related issues and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure proper use of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document control procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant BIM experience.
- Proven experience on stations projects such as rail, metro, or airport developments.
- Experience working within a PMC or client-side supervision/management environment is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, project coordination processes, and model review procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM and coordination tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and CDE platforms.
- Ability to review multidisciplinary models and identify coordination issues effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Candidates with KSA project experience will be preferred.
- Familiarity with regional and international BIM standards is an advantage.
