Sanabil Studio هو منشئ مشاريع يجمع بين الخبرة الصناعية والتقنية ومعرفة الشركات الناشئة لتحويل الأفكار إلى أعمال حقيقية. نبحث عن متدربين طموحين (تعاوني / تمهير) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، حيث ستعمل ضمن الاستوديو أو إحدى الشركات التابعة لحافظة استثماراتنا. التخصصات المفتوحة تشمل المنتج، العمليات، التسويق، الأعمال، الموارد البشرية، المالية، البيانات، التصميم، المحتوى، الاستراتيجية، التقنية، وغيرها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الفرق عبر مختلف المشاريع والشركات الناشئة في مراحل نمو متنوعة.
- اكتساب خبرة عملية في عمليات الشركات الناشئة، تطوير المنتجات، الاستراتيجية التجارية، والتنفيذ.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المنتج، العمليات، التصميم، التسويق، وفرق المشاريع.
- المشاركة في البحث، تحليل السوق، جلسات العصف الذهني، ودعم التنفيذ.
- التعرف على كيفية بناء المشاريع من التحقق من الفكرة إلى الإطلاق والتوسع.
- المساهمة في مشاريع حقيقية مع ملكية واضحة وتأثير ملموس.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل لبرنامج التدريب التعاوني (Co-op) أو برنامج تمهير، أو أن يكون خريجاً حديثاً.
- فضولي، استباقي، ومتحمس للتعلم في بيئة الشركات الناشئة.
- يستمتع بحل المشكلات والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة بسرعة.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون باللغة الإنجليزية (درجة STEP 85+ أو IELTS 5.5+).
- مهتم بالشركات الناشئة، التقنية، الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI)، التكنولوجيا المالية (Fintech)، البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS)، أو بناء المشاريع.
- خبرة سابقة في الأندية الطلابية، المشاريع الجانبية، التدريب الداخلي، برامج ريادة الأعمال، أو إنشاء المحتوى (ميزة إضافية).

THE ROLE What You'll Experience Here.

THE ROLE What You'll Experience Here.
- Support teams across different ventures and projects at various stages of growth.
- Gain hands-on exposure to startup operations, product development, business strategy, and execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, design, marketing, and venture teams.
- Participate in research, market analysis, brainstorming sessions, and execution support.
- Learn how ventures are built from idea validation to launch and scaling.
- Contribute to real projects with real ownership and impact.
- You are eligible for a Co-op training program or Tamheer program, or a fresh graduate
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
- You enjoy solving problems and adapting to fast changing priorities.
- You have English communication and collaboration skills - STEP 85+ or IELTS 5.5+.
- You are interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, SaaS, or venture building.
- Bonus: experience in student clubs, side projects, internships, entrepreneurship programs, or content creation.
