GE Vernova تبحث عن Lead Manufacturing Specialist للانضمام إلى فريقها في الشرقية الدمام السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستتولى مسؤولية عمليات التصنيع والإصلاح لشفرات توربينات الغاز، وقيادة مشاريع متوسطة التعقيد تركز على تقديم التميز التقني من خلال إدخال المنتجات الجديدة (NPI) وتحسين العمليات والقيادة متعددة الوظائف. مثالي لمهندس يزدهر في حل تحديات الإنتاج المعقدة ودفع التحسين المستمر في بيئة تصنيع عالية الدقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتوثيق وتحسين عمليات التصنيع والإصلاح، وقيادة مبادرات NPI وتحسين زمن التسليم وزمن الدورة وتكلفة الجودة (COQ).
- تصميم التركيبات والأدوات، وتحديد طرق الإصلاح القياسية، وإعداد تعليمات عمل شاملة لخط الإنتاج.
- إدارة المشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية بما في ذلك التحكم في الميزانية وتخصيص الموارد والجدولة، وتحديد احتياجات الاستثمار والمصاريف من الموافقة الأولية حتى الإكمال.
- حل تقارير عدم المطابقة الفنية (NCRs) بالتعاون مع فرق الهندسة، وضمان توثيق جميع التصميمات والبيانات الفنية بدقة للحفاظ على سجل تاريخي قوي.
- الترويج لمبادرات LEAN واستخدام منهجيات Six Sigma لدفع كفاءة العمليات واستراتيجيات خفض التكاليف.
- العمل كواجهة تقنية رئيسية مع التصنيع والمبيعات والتسويق والموردين الخارجيين، وضمان دمج معايير البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) في جميع العمليات.
- قيادة تدريب الفريق على المنهجيات الجديدة ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات العالمية لرفع القدرات التقنية للقسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة أو كلية معتمدة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور تقني أو تشغيلي أو إنتاجي.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في Lean Manufacturing و/أو Six Sigma (يفضل الحزام الأخضر أو أعلى).
- سجل حافل في تحسين السلامة والجودة في بيئة إنتاجية.
- عقلية المبادرة والقدرة على جلب أفكار مبتكرة للعمليات الحالية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات باستخدام تحليل السبب الجذري.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد تحت مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي مع القدرة على التأثير على الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية.
- لموظفي GE: يفضل بشدة التخرج من برنامج تدريبي مؤسسي في التصنيع/العمليات/الهندسة.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Development & Optimization: Develop, document, and improve manufacturing and repair processes. Lead NPI initiatives and drive improvements in lead times, cycle times, and Cost of Quality (COQ).
- Technical Leadership: Design fixtures and tooling, define standard repair methods, and prepare comprehensive work instructions for the product line.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects, including budget control, resource allocation, and scheduling. Define investment and expense needs, taking projects from initial approval to completion.
- Quality & Compliance: Resolve technical Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by collaborating with engineering teams. Ensure all designs and technical data are accurately documented to maintain a robust historical record.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion LEAN initiatives and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive process efficiencies and cost-reduction strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary technical interface for manufacturing, sales, marketing, and external vendors. Ensure that Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards are integrated into all processes.
- Training & Mentorship: Lead team training on new methodologies, sharing global best practices to elevate the technical capabilities of the department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a technical, operational, or production-focused role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving safety and quality improvements within a production setting.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to bring new, innovative ideas to existing processes.
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- For GE Employees: Graduation from a Corporate Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering Training Program is highly preferred.
