تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن فرصة تدريب (Intern) للوطنين السعوديين في الرياض، ضمن مشروع حديقة الملك سلمان (KSP)، لاكتساب خبرة عملية في أحد أهم المشاريع التطويرية في المملكة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يبحث الفريق عن متدربين متحمسين وذوي دافع للانضمام إلى فريق مشروع حديقة الملك سلمان في الرياض. سيعمل المتدربون ضمن بيئة المشروع، مما يتيح لهم فرصة فريدة لاكتساب خبرة عملية في مشروع تطويري رئيسي. صُمم هذا التدريب للطلاب والخريجين الجدد الراغبين في تطبيق معارفهم الأكاديمية في بيئة مهنية والاطلاع على وظائف متعددة التخصصات تشمل الهندسة والتصميم وإدارة المشاريع والوظائف المؤسسية. سيعمل المتدربون إلى جانب محترفين ذوي خبرة ويساهمون في أنشطة المشروع الحقيقية والتنسيق الفني وتطوير التصميم وتسليم المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فرق المشروع بالمهام الفنية والإدارية المتعلقة بتسليم المشروع.
- المساعدة في إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات والتقارير والعروض التقديمية ووثائق المشروع.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تنسيق التصميم واجتماعات الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- دعم المهندسين والمهندسين المعماريين وفرق المشروع في التحليلات الفنية والدراسات المتعلقة بالمشروع.
- المساعدة في تتبع المشروع وإدارة الوثائق وتقارير التقدم.
- دعم التنسيق بين مختلف التخصصات المشاركة في المشروع.
- المشاركة في ورش العمل والمناقشات الجماعية ومراجعات المشروع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المشروع والوثائق حسب المتطلبات.
- اكتساب خبرة عملية في وظائف الهندسة والتصميم وإدارة المشاريع والدعم المؤسسي.
- التعرف على معايير الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات ومتطلبات الجودة.
- المشاركة في جلسات التوجيه والتدريب مع محترفين ذوي خبرة.
- تطوير المهارات التقنية والتواصلية والمهنية من خلال المشاركة العملية في المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية فقط.
- أن يكون مسجلاً أو حديث التخرج من جامعة في الرياض بتخصص: الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، إنشائية وما يتصل بها)، العمارة، المالية، تقنية المعلومات، أو إدارة الأعمال.
- معدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 3.75 من 5.0 أو 2.75 من 4.0.
- خطاب طلب تدريب (COOP/Internship) رسمي من الجامعة.
- سيرة ذاتية محدثة.
- صورة من الهوية الوطنية.
- الرغبة القوية في التعلم والتطور المهني.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل مع الآخرين.
- موقف إيجابي وأخلاقيات عمل قوية.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Your Role
- Support project teams with technical and administrative tasks related to project delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and review of drawings,reports,presentations,and project documentation.
- Participate in design coordination activities and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Support engineers,architects,and project teams with technical analyses and project-related studies.
- Assist with project tracking,document management,and progress reporting.
- Support coordination between various disciplines involved in the project.
